Upper Body Kettlebell Workout

- In this 30 minute Upper Body Kettlebell Workout we will go through each muscle group of the upper body such as chest, back, shoulder, biceps and triceps. There will be 28 exercises in total, we will perform each exercise for 40 seconds long and with 20 seconds rest in between.
You can simply increase the intensity of this workout by using more weight(s) with the exercises or/and by adding extra rounds to the workout.
In this workout I'm using 12kg, 16kg and 20 kg kettlebells of KettlebellKings :

3. Single Arm Decline Chest Press (R)

14. Eccentric Take Over Row

Loving the new minimal, no messing, straight in format! Very much approve of the use of more different weight kettle bells too. I've dragged my 12kg and 24kg in to accompany my 16kg and 20kg. Really liked that you took into consideration that we most likely don't have two same weight bells so doubled up and swapped over. Even like the little whistle to finish each set! Belter of a routine and you're keeping things progressive and interesting!

This was very interesting. I usually am very uncomfortable with upper body workouts. I was not intimidated by this one. I loved the different ranges of motions and that all parts of the upper quadrant were targeted. Challenging yet very fun indeed. Great work Daniel!!!!!

Ouch! Burn! This was harder than kettlebell legs and glutes strength attack I did beforehand. The push ups killed me. Push up are my weakness so I love workouts with lots of push ups so I can progress. This really was a killer workout! Thank You

This was a good pump on the chest. Had issues on my back while doing the back workouts I try getting good posture but my upper back gives pain. Any advise ?
I love your workouts, just one constructive criticism.
It would be better if you intercalate push and pulls and so triceps and biceps, not only because the other muscles group rest but furthermore because the exercise of a group of muscles activates their antagonists, letting you do more reps than if not.

Heavier weight and longer rest, basically I do the basic strength routine
