- Kettlebells are one of our favorite pieces of equipment and is something we use in almost every workout that we do personally. So, we thought we'd put together a Full Body Kettlebell Strength Workout that's fit for beginners or anyone who would like guidance with kettlebells. Throughout the workout, we provide you with audio cues to help you with form and positioning. We provide 2 different versions of this workout so that you can do it with a pair or single kettlebell. As you do this workout over time, you should feel more comfortable and confident with kettlebells. Drop a comment and let us know if this workout was helpful 🔥

As a beginner, this is everything I want and I work out video. I loved the timer graphic, the beep cues, the audible explanation AND video demonstration prior to each exercise. Absolutely great!
Juice and Toya, thank you! That's it! That is finally it! My search is over. For a month I was looking for kettlebell workout for a beginner. For A Beginner. Not "my body is burnt" beginner workout, not "am i still alive?" beginner workout, and definitely not '800 calories 60 minute 3 sec rest 48 exercises" beginner workout.
This one is just perfect. 350 calories, 30 minutes, with wam-up and cool down. Enough for the start. I'm tied with this one for a first month. And looking forward for the next level. See ya and Hi from Ukraine!
So how is it going?
I've done this workout daily for the last 4 days.... and I can honestly say my body is slowly making progress. I'm able to do the plank exercises now without breaking.... small.progress that means a lot to me. Thank you for making these videos
It’s true, I’ve done this workout four times so far and even though I’ve had to made modifications for a hamstring injury- It’s perfection. ❤
I don't think you should be doing it everyday...
Yeahhh. Im pretty sure you need to rest your body in between to prevent injuring yourself. @Juice&Toya can best advise. Way to go on your fitness journey, though!

This workout is fantastic. Everything I needed to break a quick sweat. As someone who has lot of experience with kettlebell strength training, I can say that this kicked my butt just the right amount. I love that you included modifications, the ability to use one and two kettlebells, and that the workout is full body and efficient. I also appreciate that anyone can make this as hard or easy as they want. You guys are great at explaining how to perform each movement and have great attitudes. Thanks for putting this out there.

Oh WOW! I sifted through so many beginner kettlebell workouts and I found your channel. This is my first workout with you and I AM HOOKED! I love your instruction, the ques were spot on, the cadence, the tone of your voices, your level of "hype" was perfect for me, and the background music was great. I really loved the attention to the exercise and form which guided me to make sure I was doing workout correctly.
Bought this for my youngest to develop basic form for single hand kettlebell work. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxtaDAl93XF8wxJhssTtjIFjzid82wglva It has a nice grip on it, just a little rough so it isn't slippery. I was doing a few rotator cuff exercises to test and worked well for those movements I'd been doing with a regular dumbbell. Cool thing you can do is hold it in your hand for door-knob turns to work the forearm and grip. Note: it's small, almost all handle, but that's what I expected given the weight. Smallest I've worked with before is 15lbs, so it was kind of funny to see the difference 10lbs makes.

1.Variety of exercises, so you don't get bored.
2. Every workout is tailored to different groups. Upper body, all over body etc.
3. Detailed advice throughout.
4. A choice between 1 or 2 kettlebells.
5. Options for people at different levels of fitness.
6. A great delivery style, easy to listen to.

I had recently purchased one kettlebell dumbbell and I am a beginner. I have watched so many videos but your vdo is the best as per beginner perspective, exercise sets, rest and level of difficulty. I did whole things without skipping or pausing the vdo. Also I felt the great part was the warm up and the cooling down after finishing the session.. wow..Great content. Thank you.

I’ve been struggling with my weight forever. Today I started my count back to Day 1 and ate healthy. And just did the first half of this workout. I’ve reached my highest weight of around 75 kg. I would like to go back and become 60 kg again. Hope I can remain motivated. If someone knowledgeable reads this comment, can you advise if I should these workouts everyday or every other day? I just got my 6kg kettlebell today and tried you exercise as soon as i return back from work. The spasm is crazy 😂. I'll try to do 3 times a week. I'll share my feedback soon. Thank you for sharing this workout
1st session (10/9) : 55kg (the spasm is crazy haha)
2nd session (11/9) : 55kg (not that intense as first time but still the spasm is 8/10)
3rd session (13/9) : 55kg but i feel my body more lighter than before (the spasm 6/10)

The entire format for this is honestly amazing
So, every professional fitness coach can have their own ideas on what makes a workout and what doesn't, blah blah blah. What I know for sure was this was a very good beginner workout for those of us who do NOT look like the people in the video.
I also know that while most channels may have some of the details, this channel seems to have most if not ALL of the fine details that really REALLY help someone like me:
-The visual pre-view of the next workout during the short rest (so I can get into position)
-The verbal expliations of the next workout
-The countdown w/ audible beep
-Having 2 people do variations of the same exercise /w verbal ques for side switching
-Showing MULTIPLE ANGLES so I can see the form!!!!

Thank you for the workout. I’m a superrrr beginner. 5’8 weigh 315 😖 I found a lot of these workouts doable! Some were too advanced bc I’m just too heavy but I replaced the ones I couldn’t do with the ones I could do. Still worked up a sweat and felt like I got a good workout. I work a desk job and sit at a computer for long hours so my back is extremely weak and causes a lot of pain when I work overtime so I’m trying to strengthen those weak back muscles. I gotta learn some modifications for the ones strain my lower back too much. Once i do that I think I could go a little harder. But I loved the verbal cues & the stretches too! Happy with this workout. Thanks guys

Great workout! The audio cues we excellent. Just as a side not; I did 4 rounds of wim hof breathing + 5 min ice bath before this workout. It was surprising how much easier it made the workout. Thank you 🙏
