    This is the first "intermediate" workout I tried! Drowning in sweat, haha! I'm a hypermobile EDS girlie and my knees and hips are SO grateful for these standing-only routines… Love your style! To the point, effective, well structured, and above all: genuine. Working out to your videos feels like working out with a good friend (who just happens to be a pro 😅)! Thank you ❤

    I absolutely love your classes! I am new to strength training and I work from home, these videos are soooo amazing for working at home and training. Having the timer is so helpful!! I get to pause the video when a call comes in and then play when I am free again, which is awesome! Thank you! 😊

    Great workout….I finished up drenched in sweat. I used a 20kg KB and a 16 kg KB for the lower body exercises and 6 kg, 8kg and 12 kg KB for the upper body ones. Thanks Roxanne

    excellent full body workout although admittedly, I only got 20 minutes in (still building up) but I am saving this and this will be my go - to and now have a challenge to hit over that 20 minute ark (the triceps) - much appreciated and many thanks for your workout.

    Loving this workout now =) I've been able to use the 35lb kettlebell on half the swings and the RDLs. Getting stronger!!! 😅

      Yes i thought it was good to test the level of fitness with shorter recovery but long exertion. Shows what we're made of. 🤪

      Hey, it all depends on your stats, everyone is different. Your fitness level, height, weight etc… best to get a HR monitor and put your details in for accurate data.😁

    Thank you for an all standing kettlebell workout! The reclined exercises with weight my hips hurt (no matter the position of the weight) so this was much appreciated!

    Can j just check something please? See when you are doing the lateral lunge and you have your hand up on your chest..is that just to cover up your chest area when you are bending forward or is this something to do with form or balance? I put my hand there too to copy you but I'm not sure i need to 🤷🏻‍♂️😅

      Hey, Good question. I do it because I am used to my hand being there when I rack my kettlebells. I usually put my hand here or on my hip, it comes down to personal preference and what is comfortable for you. 😁

      Depends on how strong you are, as there are single arm bicep curls and windmills. do you have dumbbells/lighter weights for the single arm work?
