Great workout….I finished up drenched in sweat. I used a 20kg KB and a 16 kg KB for the lower body exercises and 6 kg, 8kg and 12 kg KB for the upper body ones. Thanks Roxanne
excellent full body workout although admittedly, I only got 20 minutes in (still building up) but I am saving this and this will be my go - to and now have a challenge to hit over that 20 minute ark (the triceps) - much appreciated and many thanks for your workout.

Hey, it all depends on your stats, everyone is different. Your fitness level, height, weight etc… best to get a HR monitor and put your details in for accurate data.😁

See when you are doing the lateral lunge and you have your hand up on your chest..is that just to cover up your chest area when you are bending forward or is this something to do with form or balance? I put my hand there too to copy you but I'm not sure i need to 🤷🏻♂️😅
Hey, Good question. I do it because I am used to my hand being there when I rack my kettlebells. I usually put my hand here or on my hip, it comes down to personal preference and what is comfortable for you. 😁

Depends on how strong you are, as there are single arm bicep curls and windmills. do you have dumbbells/lighter weights for the single arm work?
