You are absolutely genius, another awesome workout. Better than in any gym. Love it. Plank get-ups are the most challenging but overall the selection of exercises is brilliant. I cannot even imagine how you planned this all in this perfect order. Fabulous job. Thank you!

Just did this now thinking i would be able to this with no issues, the Kettlebell Knee Lunges and plank get ups really got me as I sweating so much I had a hard time gripping my kettlebell :D

Automatic thumbs up, curious if you had heavier weights for kettlebell would you go heavier than the 12kg you used? Or are the 12kg kettlebells good enough?
