This was great went with 5lb weights it was rough. Sweating sweating! Trying to get my stamina up having hashimotos getting old and getting covid 2 times has just whipped my a** but I keep trying this made me feel tired but successful!!
Ooooo I loved this one so much. I went with 5lb weights. I felt 3lb was too little. I’m happy with my choice. So much fun. Loved every second. Cardio with weights is probably now my most favorite.
