meine leichtesten Hanteln wiegen 5 kg, und nachdem ich dann auf die Idee kam, meine Hantelscheiben so weit zu reduzieren, dass ich auf 2,5 kg komme gab es kein halten mehr. Mega Video, weil durch die Hantel man doch extrem auf Stabilität und Körperspannung rund um den Core zu achten musste. Liked the different style of exercises! Did it with 2,5-4 kg :P but you could combine more of the exercises with squats or lunges to maximise the cardio effect!
Due to genetics I may not have a visible 6-pack, however, I am grateful I have a strong body to be able to do these workouts to help me do every day activities such as pick up groceries etc. Thank you for creating these workouts to help keep my muscles strong.

I just found this and its killer, this is just what my abs need. You should call this ab/ core and arms. I want my arms to look like that, toned not masculine. This one is a keeper.
