- This 30 min Single Kettlebell + Bodyweight HIIT Workout | Intense Dynamic HIIT | No Repeat, consists of 10 sets of 4 movements, with 50% kettlebell exercises and 50% bodyweight exercises. We will be performing each exercise for 35 seconds with 15 seconds of rest in between, and a 20-second rest after each set.

Daniel, I can't thank you enough for your amazing videos and although I still have a ways to go to my goal, I have made so much progress!!
I started your workouts needing to protect my knees with modifying all jumping exercises with a dumbbell exercise without jumping. And modified all forward lunges with back lunges. I modified push-ups with chest presses because of a bad shoulder that would get hurt even with knee push-ups.
I am now doing a lot of the jumping exercises except tuck jumps and jump lunges/uneven squates. I think I'll never do those plyo moves but I'm okay wth that. I am also able to do forward lunges!
I never though at 50 years old my knees would actually improve to be able to do any jumping or forward lunges!
I am now doing push-ups on my knees as well!
I had been planning for a month now to do the first workout I did a year ago, which is the No Mercy BW HIIT.
But nooooooo, last night my husband said he wants to try kettlebell. I told him kettlebell is way harder than dumbbell, and he still said he wanted to try it anyway.
The last kettlebell video I did was so hard I have been avoiding kettlebell so I was dreading this lol. 😅😅😅
And this sure did kill me!! After 10 minutes I had to take a 30-45 second rest after every few exercises, except the last bundle. I pushed myself through it.
The last exercise I can't do the rollback so I did some high knee runs, then went to the ground for some jacknives, then got up to finish it off with fast jumping jack's.
My husband now knows what I meant when I said kettlebell is harder!
