- In this 30 min INTENSE Kettlebell HIIT Workout | Advanced Full body | Strength Endurance
, we will have 10 bundles with 2x exercises each for 2x rounds in a row, performing each exercise for 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest in between and a 20 second rest after each bundle.
These are the kettlebells that I am using:
20KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
16KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
12KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)

Daniel, your kettlebell workouts have given me options to explore and have grown to love. I have injured my right ankle twice from jump rope. I then healed and jumped rope again to find that the injury was still present and back off again. This workout today is among my favorites. The HIIT/Kettlebell combos are the best! This INTENSE one today is on a whole new level! ❤🔥

@@DANIELPTFITNESS thanks Daniel for your reply! I appreciate it! No, your lengths of the workouts are good for me! Maybe a 1-hour hiit would be a new sort of challenge? What I meant was that your active training time in that video is 34 minutes, the title of the video says 30 minutes instead. I always feel a little disappointed when my timer says 30 minutes done and the're still some exercises oncoming. But I love doing your workouts! They helped me a lot lately to gain muscles and get the weight that I wanted!
