- In this 35 min Full Body KETTLEBELL Workout | Controlled and Explosive | No Jump | Intense, we will have 8 bundles with 5 exercises each, performing 4x exercises for 40 seconds long and one explosive exercise for 30 seconds long. There will be a 15 seconds rest between the exercises and a 25 seconds of rest after each bundle.

I had to wake up extra early this morning and was going to take a nap to workout right before sunset (to be able to break my fast right after)
But I saw this was going to premier so I went to run some errands and got home just in time to start my warm up.
I bought an adjustable kettlebell but ended up returning it because it took too long to change weights, I think I'll buy individual bells instead.
So, I did dumbbell equivalents of everything. The only fail was Around the Worlds. I couldn't switch hands in the back. I just tapped the dumbbell with my free hand in the back and brought the dumbbell to the front on the same side. So kind of like half moon swings around lol. Then I would just switch hands and do the same on the other side. I don't think it worked anything really though lol.
I just bought 17.5kg dumbbells the other day and it was just in time since that was my heavy weight for this workout.
The time went fast and I had to think quickly about what weight I would hold for each exercises and i luckily chose right each time.
Those Press Knee Lunges were so hard holding 10kg up high like that! I was definitely going at a slower pace.
Wide RDL/Shrug/Upright Row I held two 10kg dumbbells
3X Full Swing/Hike - I chose to hold two dumbbells so I just did full swings surge the dumbbells at my sides (10kgX2) continuously without the Hike.
Now I can shower and prep for dinner and then take that nap!!

17.5 kg, 15kg, 14kg, 12kg 10kgX2
I agree with Press Knee Lunges. I used 8kgs during those, my arms felt fatigue already and had to Slow donw a bit 😂 or I would do ridiculous moves 😅
I wanted to lower the weight for the other side but I had to struggle through it to keep things even lol.
