30 min FULL BODY STRENGTH Kettlebell Workout | No Jump | No Repeat ( COMPACT + ABS )

  • In this 30 min FULL BODY STRENGTH Kettlebell Workout | No Jump | No Repeat we will have 8x bundles of 4x Exercises:
    1st exercise = Lower Body
    2nd exercise = Upper Body
    3rd exercise = An Explosive Exercise
    4th exercise = Core / ABS
    We will be performing each exercise for 40 seconds and we will have a 15 seconds rest between the exercises and a 20 seconds rest between each bundle.
    After the first 4x bundles there will be a 60 seconds water-break.
    In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue) 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) kettlebell form “👑 Kettlebell Kings”
    You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2-3x rounds in a row.

    This was fantastic Daniel not only physically but mentally for me. My husband suffers bouts of depression and at those times building my own resilience is essential, strength training such as this is so helpful, thank you.

    I fell in love with your workouts honestly! I could not find anyone with kettlebell workouts and you have a lot of them. I love this piece of equipment so much! So I did some of your workouts recently and I cant get enough!
    Btw this one was love-hate matter for me :D I swear the rest seconds were shorter and shorter with each minute :D

    Another one in my DanielPT to-do playlist completed!
    Kettlebell is harder and so much torture compared to dumbbell, so when my husband and I workout together, and he wants kettlebell I'll do it (he prefers kettlebell over dumbbell). Otherwise I kind of... Avoid it? Even though I'm the one who bought the set of kettlebells because one day your live premier kettlebell hiit looked fun 😂

    I love the swings! I'm using 30 lbs for most of it, but I'm an old lady, so it's tough for me to keep getting up and down from the mat 😂😂. I was sweating like a Water Buffalo
