- In this 30 min CONTROL Full Body Kettlebell Workout | Legs + Upper Body Push + Upper Body Pull + Combo + Core | Strength & Endurance, we will have 3 bundles of 10 movements each. Each bundle includes 2 exercises for the legs, 2 for upper body push, 2 for upper body pull, 3 combination movements, and 1 core exercise. The 3 combination exercises in all bundles are the same, performed 3 times in total, while the other exercises vary in each set. Each exercise is to be performed for 40 seconds with a 20-second rest in between, and there's a 25-second rest after each set.

These are the kettlebells that I am using:
20KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
16KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
12KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)

I love your workouts and I do them almost every day. I never see any exercises for the calves, though. Would be awesome if you include some! :)
In general when you have only 30 minute you try to focus more on the compound movements and the big muscle groups in order to keep the intensity on a decent level...calf are small muscle compared to quads glutes etc and if implement them i combine them with another important movement!

Awesome workout! You're fantastic. One comment on this one though is you never balanced out the uneven presses on the other side! I'm a little OCD about that and so I had to add them at the end.
If you do this one again, he changed sides on the 2 uneven ones, the body position just changed.

Great workout... I was starting to wonder if kettlebell exercises were getting too easy but this had me sweatin my d*ck off
When doing the uneven work what side is the heaviest bell?
Doesn’t matter that much, for example with the double push press the heavy one is in the right side but when after it when we switch to decline press we have the heavy one on the left so we kind of even it out! With gorilla row we do both sides
If you follow the color coded lines that Daniel places in the video in the bottom right corner, on these 2 particular ones, I assume those are the arms he’s referencing. If that makes sense.
