Absolutely incredible. I get so much out of these workouts. I take fitness classes as well and get a lot out of them. What I really like is that I can pause the video to get the proper weight and the amount of reps I want to achieve. Thank you so much. This was a fantastic workout! I modified a few but overall, loved the way you combined exercises in this one. The time went by surprisingly quickly too! Thanks!
The little surfing 🏄 before the last exercise 😂😂😂 I also caught that "Let's do this" face before the Side Raise/Curl/Press he he he I loved the variety of workout styles here. The time went fast even though I was getting more and more tired as it went lol. After the Push Presses holding my regular press weight of 14kg, I could not do the pause at the top for Eccentric Upright Rows holding the same weight. I did them with 10kg after attempting a few reps with 14kg. I'm still doing push-ups on my knees so that's how I did the X push-ups. Dips I did off the side of my sofa. Oops, the Push-ups/ transporters are on the screen right now.. I didn't realize it was 2 push-ups at a time. Lunge Curls I did with 10kg because it's not continuous curling I could go a bit heavier. The Ab section was tough but I got through it without any resting! Weights: 16kg, 15kg, 14kg, 10kg, 8kg
It’s depends on the impact that the workout will have on you nervous system but muscles will recover over 80% within 24 hours, but when a workouts has a lot of impact on the nerv- system you will need more time to recover
