After I lost 73 lbs and got off 7 medications after eating Keto, one meal a day and walking 8 miles every other day, my doctor said, “Congratulations!!! Now comes the hard part. You have 2% chance of continued success. That angered me and caused me to prove him wrong. That was three years ago today, I saw him for my physical in October 2024 and I reminded him of what he said. He replied, “My God, you look great and so healthy. Well done!!!” This year I will focus on resistance training and Sprinting.
Well done!! In your experience though, do you feel that you lost the weight and improved your labs because you were eating “less calories” which included healthier food? The reason I asked is because no matter which way of eating that I follow, I find that it only works if I restrict my calories. Love to know your thoughts! Keep up the good work and God bless!!
Billions and billions of dollars has been donated to diabetes org., and not only they don't have a cure, after 106 yrs., diabetes is spreading like wild fire. They have one job, only one job to do, and that is to find a cure for diabetes, so after 100+ yrs, why are people still donating billions to these org?
The Rich, Elite, Corporate Powerful, Globalist, Ruling Class will stop at nothing to shut us all up. We, the poor, poverty-stricken, powerless masses must make absolute sure that there aren't any "weak links" in this. IF we find a weak link, we must make absolute sure that they are TRULY on our side. The ruling class will FIND those "weak links" and they will strike with everything they have and RUIN our movement! They always have, and they always will! Strengthen the heck out of those "weak links" and make sure that the ruling class can't force them to BETRAY US and then have our entire progress get undone by the Top 0.01% AGAIN!!! I'm serious! DON'T. LET. YOUR. GUARD. DOWN!!!
I have a few friends that are diabetic. They know all about the keto diet and refuse to do it. They fear diet and exercise more than they fear death. They rather eat the soy slop and take their medications and never change. There's no helping some people.
I know what you mean. I too have friends like that. I don’t understand them. I fear diabetes and the complications from diabetes, more than giving up carbs, sugar and processed foods. Exercise can be fun, very uplifting and mood boosting. I don’t consider it a diet it’s a lifestyle.
I have a good friend with a box of medications. Never changed his lifestyle because he believed what the doctor prescribed him and for me it was all poison. Unfortunately suffered with a kidney disease and died.
Anything the WHO recommends, I now do the opposite. A book 'Health and Beauty Mastery' by Julian Bannett exposes so many shocking truths. I completely changed my habits.
Thank you, Dr. Westman. Good to see you feature Dr. Hampton. Dr. Shawn Baker's colleagues tried to silence him via peer reviews. When he started having patients diet for 6 months pre-surgery, and many came back 6 months later, not needing surgery (particularly knee). His peers and hospital system were VERY displeased. He had to fight for his license. And yes, he WON.
Whatever FDA says I try to avoid it. I found myself in this rabbit hole of so many industry lies when I read "The 23 Former Doctor Truths". Its no wonder why Doctor left her career.

I am 71 and have been keto for 3 years, No processed food, no sugar just real food. My observation from conversations with friends and acquaintances is their reluctance to let go of the 3 meals plus snacks habit and a belief in the ridiculous food pyramid scam. They cannot get the incentive to ditch such a lot of what they have been fueling their bodies with, in fact they are not even looking at it as a nutritional and metabolic health approach. I watch in amazement as so many people around my age group eat badly and start their day with a pill container divided into days of the week. How outrageous that our health is actually threatened by big pharma, big food and governments at all levels. Please keep fighting this moronic situation.
After being Keto and almost carnivore for 18 months, losing 37#, feeling so much better and gaining great energy, I have decided to tell my doctor on my next visit that I have decided to concentrate on eating healthy and not saying the word “keto” or “carnivore” . My anger at the food industry and big pharma knows no bounds!!! At 82 years old I will live the rest of my days in health on my own terms.
@@evastanton4727 good for you. Enough to say, “you are eating healthy”. They will find fault with keto and carinvore anyway because you are getting healthy and they can’t make money off their prescriptions. I am so angry with myself that I feel stuck in this retirement home eating garbage carbs. Haven’t had a decent steak or salmon or healthy keto food in almost 3 years now and not overeating but hungry all the time because not getting good Carnivore/ keto food. I hate my life🥩😥😥 miss my life
Marsha and Dar, I am so happy for both of you! I also have it, and I wish I had known about keto/carnivore when I had my last flare a few years ago. With the usual meds and "food protocols," it Finally went into remission, but I was still plagued by bad IBS problems and compromising my lifestyle because of it. A friend shared information about Carnivore with me, and after binge watching all our favorite carni/keto docs, I decided to go for it. One year later, I have zero gut problems! I'm still mostly Carnivore but I add some veggies in a couple of times a week and sauerkraut every day. You probably experience the same joy I do in being able to eat like a "normal person" with no pain and the rest of the misery! I've also lost the extra weight I've been carrying around from the meds and high carb BRAT diet. I pray that you continue to do well and that our stories will help others be brave enough to defy their doctors objections, and find healing pain free lives! 💜
I'm 62 years old. 3 years ago, I went keto. I lost 55 lbs in 3 months. My sleeping improved, blood pressure became normal, labido came back, gum disease went away. Along with a long list of other improvements. I found my fountain of youth! My go-to foods consist of meat, eggs, broccoli, and butter. My improved heath conditions motivate me to continue eating meat and broccoli. I don't count calories. I eat until I am full. I also fast for 20-22 hours on most days. I am in control of my health! 😊
@@vincentlilly2197 yes this really worked for me till I fell off the carnivore wagon because of the carbohydrate holidays came... now I'm 20 lbs heavier. New years resolution is to go back to carnivore..
@Talletc Good question. I have noticed when I include broccoli with my meal, my libido is at its best. I also noticed an improvement in my stamina. I still enjoy running and strength training. Broccoli seems to work for me without any negative health side effects.
@douglasgrant8315 Spending time with family during the holidays is a challenging time for eating. I accept the holiday meals and eat what I want. New years Eve I ate a slice of pizza and a decent slice of bunt cake. The next day, I was 2 pounds heavier. I know that it usually takes me about 2 days to get back to my normal weight of 186. Now that the holidays are over, I will be going back to my normal way of eating. 3 years ago, I weighed 240 lbs and was taking prescription medication for several medical diagnoses. Today, I weigh 186 and no longer need the medication. That is my motivation to stay the coarse.
Tony Hampton is a great guy!! And YES he is a rising star in this field and I hope for him, and all the doctors coming out to speak the truth, to stay safe and healthy. We need them and they're saving lives by the day.
The other thing nobody else talking about is how expensive fruits and vegetables are. My cousin is on long term disability and he can actually afford to live now that he’s on a carnivore diet and not wasting half his check on fruits and vegetables
The pushback I received from my dr was startling. As soon as they found out I didn't take Metformin and changed my diet to keto, they went from happy with my test results to telling me I needed to eat pasta, rice and potatoes every day. Have carb heavy food with every meal. I said those foods make me feel awful so why would I eat them? Why do I have to eat foods that hurt my stomach and take a pill when I can eat how I have been, not take meds that cause unwanted side effects, and eat food i actually enjoy? I just stopped going
When I got to hospital they tested my keto levels and pushed me to eat high carb meals because ketosis is dangerous for a diabetic. I had been fasting and eating no carbs or sugar. I had a stent put in my heart. Back home now. I am going full keto carnivore and omad.
I’m stuck with California Kaiser Permanente for healthcare. So I’m doing carnivore and plan to use my medical only for emergencies. Age 55. No chronic illness. Carnivore eliminated my snoring and all inflammation. Lost 65 lbs so far and plan to lose last 40 in 2025.
We've been given the wrong health advice for decades. A few contentious advisories ; a low fat diet is good for you, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, always keep yourself hydrated, meat is bad for you and the environment, you have no control over your weight it's hereditary etc. It really is amazing how life has managed to survive on earth for hundreds of thousands of years without the advice of "experts" and their medical and pharmaceutical interventions. Nature knows best as nature has far more experience.
67 years old..Being doing carnivore 4 years and IT WORKS FOR ME.. Wished I knew this when I was a younger person.. I now know who to Blame for my unhealth now…
I recently have been diagnosed with NAFLD, when I approached this with my GP her exact words were "don't worry about that, everyone's got it" I was mortified. I've since been trying to do Keto, with a few slip ups due to Christmas period but I'm determined to reverse it. Alongside my PCOS. Thanks!

The only benefit of keto here were that you ditched processed carbs. Confusing processed carbs with healthy whole plant foods is a common mistake. The problem with 'keto' and 'carni' is that they are like smoking crack or doing chemo : you lose weight in a super unhealthy way. It's not made for long term, there are zero long term studies on thzt (even freaking celeri juice diets have dozen of studies).
@@v-sig2389 I did not do keto for weightloss. I was aware of the Warburg effect. Glucose feeds cancer cells. Fat is not digested by cancer cells. When you are born and breastfed then you are in keto.
12 years ago, my eyes were opened. I went low-carb and healed several issues that ailed me. I believe in it so much that I became a certified ketogenic nutrition coach. I will continue to spread the word about proper nutrition. My liver fibrous scan showed a textbook perfect liver. It shocked the doctor. Heal through proper nutrition, not pills.
@v-sig2389 it's not a necessary source. It's a source of sugar. Eating 97% animal based nutrition, I don't get tired or sore, and i don't need days off from exercising. So why would I go back to eating carbs?
@@twiggyfitness it is sad that so many people are fanatized into "carb hate", and the most pathetic is when they confuse refined sugars and healthy carbs, and still think their opinion is valid. I advise you to read studies yourself, for real, not in your imagination, not just the titles and not just the parts that look like supporting your opinion, and stop idealizing "nice logic that falls nicely into place" because a "convincing youtuber" piled up some arguments. Here are the facts : there is zero long term study about those death diets, it's all woowoo science, and you are the useful idiot of youtubers who all have something to sell. I don't advise to suddenly change your diet, but just to not let the guru propaganda scare you away from useful studies about problems with those extreme diets. Short term benefits will leave the place for much harder long term problems, mainly renal and cvd, a,d those "cool youtubers" will obviously be long gone by then.
And that is the worst part for them that you cant make money on real Keto. They try the pseudo keto inventing net carbs aka fiber and making recipes and treats with carbs up to 400g. Which is almost the recommended dose by USDA that bring us the food pyramid to have body shape like a pyramid. To guarantee ketosis you have to stay in 20g that mean even one beer, half a onion or small tomato will push you over.

I’m 62 too, I started KETO (clean) and OMAD 8 years ago after my elder brother died of cancer at the age of 55. I was ‘healthy’ and fit, I did KETO and OMAD mainly to avoid getting cancer, both my parents died of cancers too. Since my diet change, I felt so good and it really woke up my brain too, I became more alert, I don’t get hungry anymore and am always full of energy, and happy, basically, I’ve never felt better since I was in my teens. I used to be more muscular but hard to stay that way doing OMAD; now I have under 8% body fat with a BMI of around 20.5, and have not been sick since. It actually saves me a lot of money, I eat less, no more visits to hospitals, and have a lot more time to spend from skipping breakfast and lunch. I’d totally recommend it to anyone over the age of 50 who wants a healthy lifestyle.
Thanks for sharing! I wish people would realise if they ate more "expensive" meat and fat they would be a lot more satiated to the point where they will only need one to two meals a day which will save them money. Otherwise they would be eating every 2-3 hours because the Standard American Diet is too low in Protein. People don't stop eating until their protein needs are met.
@@murraymcgregor7829 Exactly, when we were told certain food is bad, they don’t really specify whether they are GMO, organic or highly processed. When they say that meat is bad, they don’t specify whether they are grass fed, injected with steroid etc etc, To me, fish is good in general, but only if they are wild caught, eating farmed fish is probably much worse than eating grass fed beef. If meat is bad, how come most of the poor and homeless people in the states who cannot afford meat are the most obese and unhealthy? 🤔
@@user-oq8cm6ej3u Yess the farmed fish is quite bad as they are fed soy and corn pellets which would contaminate the fish with inflammatory omega 6 oils. The wild caught fish have a much higher ratio of Omega 3 oil which is better suited to your physiology. Yeah here in South Africa it is similar. I see people with trollies full of junk food because of the price yet they don't realise how it is messing with their satiety signals so they end up eating more calories everyday. Yeah with meat often the studies showing that it is bad was done with a big mac burger so they blame the meat and salt for what the sugar has done. The sugar in the starchy processed flour of the bun and the omega 6 seed oils it contains.
When I started eating 16:8 back in 2017, lots of people said it wouldn't work or I'd lose discipline, blah, blah, blah. 7 years later I'm still doing it and easily keep my BMI below 21. I'm staying the course!!
I noticed a change in my oncologists attitude toward me when my scan showed no cancer after having my appendix & part of my colon removed in 2024.Chemo was scheduled, but i really didn't want that poison put into my body. Well, to make a long story short, after my operation i went full carnivore & 6 months later no cancer had shown back up. My oncologist cancelled my chemo treatments, i wasn't sure if i was going that route anyway. He basically seemed disappointed, told me he would no longer be having me as a patient. Needless to say, i'm very skeptical of Western doctors & their pill pushing & unnecessary surgeries. Not once did my oncologist ask if i had been doing anything to keep the cancer from coming back. To him, i was basically a cash cow. The Hippocrat8c Oath is a joke to most of these doctors. They get paid off by the pharmaceutical companies companies & they no longer care about solving the problem. They need to keep people sick so they can make money. Sad, very sad!
My endocrinologist never once recommended a keto diet despite high blood sugar and PCOS, when I told her I was keto she said “eating no carbs is a sad life”
With keto and exercise I shed 90 pound and reversed every sign of pre-diabetes I had. I have no trouble maintaining the diet one and a half years on. Keto has been a godsend for me and I recommend it to anyone struggling with weight and health issues.
What case is that, please? I can't locate it. There is an FLR article (1 Jan 2023) by Jenni Millbank ("Reinstatement of Previously Deregistered Health Professionals ...") but I can't see any HCA cases. There would have to be a "relevant facts" context for any case such as you mention. (Edit: article date was 2023 not 25) PS The Tas surgeon was Gary Fettke. There was also Tim Noakes (South African doc now a professor in Melbourne.) He was exonerated but put through the wringer, at vast expense, like Fettke.

Keto/carnivore has helped me in many ways that modern medicine did not. It's so great to see keto/carnivore docs promoting each other, this helps all of us find the answers to our health concerns that the standard of care does not. Thanks, Dr. Westman for another great video.
My cardio doctor said, “ whatever you are doing, keep it up”. Carnivore this month has been one year of healing. 35EF, congestive heart failure, seven months later, 48EF, “ you are no longer going to die this year”. ❤amazing doctors helping people like me doing carnivore to live!❤
I’ve noticed that with junk food prices equaling real quality food, I’m actually saving money, on sides and desserts, and no sweet drinks and alcohol! A burger, fries, and a shake, costs as much as a steak dinner!
I notice that also, with vegetables & herbs. Loose leaf lettuce mix was $33 a kilo, small bunches of herbs $4, more expensive than some cuts of red meat ......I get out of all the preparation and avoid eating the "rainbow".
There is a German speech from eugen Roth “What robs the doctor of his bread? Good health, or being dead. Thus the doctor, to keep his gain, keeps us in balance ’twixt health and pain.” That’s says it all. It is still like this.
Thank you so very much for sharing your knowledge and understanding of Keto - you are an awesome person / Doctor. I particularly like your demeanor, It doesn’t have a lot of the common hype we often hear and see in RUclips videos. Thank you for you.😊
Yes Dr westerman but now the movement is growing exponentially and we are now people with the bullseye on our back both the doctors and the community who have seen the benefits
My story began in 2012. I was 274 pounds and undiagnosed but definitely pre-diabetic. I went Paleo and started going to the gym every other day. In 6 months I lost 60 pounds. I kept this up til April 2023 and maintained a weight of 213 pounds. In April 2023 I started doing OMAD. Today I'm 171 pounds and doing great. My blood work in May of this year had my A1c at 5.2. OMAD has changed my life and I maintain around 50 grams of carb a day. Just turned 58 and have a great attitude about the future
I have read many books, I listened to many RUclips videos by many of the world's leading gurus and health experts but nothing came close to the 23 former doctor truths by lauren clark. I recommend everyone giving it a read.
Some of the stuff out there is really sad. I had to go to the pharmacy because my son who works in ER got sick so they prescribed some antibiotics and I want to go pick them up for him and the place was packed so as I’m waiting, I’m just talking to people and they were all on 67 medication’s that they take all the time for like years And I just said that this lady that was on I think seven medication’s for like five years, I said it doesn’t have to be this way and just let her know that what she eats controls everything and I gave her some tips and you know and some places to look up some information butit’s really sad. I know that’s the nickname of our diet in this country but when you see what people are going through and how they’re living it’s just really really sad.
Love your videos Dr Westman! The problem is organized medicine has endorsed the government's dietary guidelines. Promoting a diet higher in fats is seen as unhealthy and most doctors are reluctant to go against the mainstream. Those guidelines are supported by the food industry. We need to work on changing the guidelines.
And every time I start a video by one the keto carnivore doctors, there is ALWAYS a commercial for the type 2 diabetes medicine, Jardiance. I want to throw up every time I hear that jingle.
I'm surprised Big Pharma haven't tried to kibosh your helpful (to us) dissemination of accurate health and nutritional information sooner, and/or more aggressively.
Took me a long time to find a knowledgeable physician in Chicago for my anxiety, asthma and my husband,s vascular health. I’m so grateful to find dr. Hampton.
I just can't imagine why drug companies worry about keto doctors. Many more patients will take pills rather than change their diets. There will always be enough patients to sell to.
I agree. Far too many people want the magic 'pill', and not be burdened with making life style changes. I often talk to patients about the vast benefits of keto. Not long into the discussion I see their eyes glaze over, brains switching off. The carb addiction, is powerful.
After watching my parents’ health fail in their 70’s and seeing my health and blood work change in my early 40s, I decided to research ways to beat the family history I was on a direct collision course with. I was shocked and relieved to learn it was diet and lifestyle that would fix and further prevent any complications. I lost 35lbs. I lowered my hba1c, controlled my gout, my sleep apnea is nearly gone, and I found my inner strength again. I play competitive soccer, take back country hikes, and work out a couple of times a week. I added running to my routine(I hate running). I hope anyone with a stubborn parent or loved one can share my story and all the other success stories in the comments and convince them to give keto a try for 90 days. Honestly, what do to they have to loose?
@andyc7747 that is literally dumb. Cardio improves your VO2. Aerobic exercise is vital to heart and vascular health. Think blue zone. Consequently, by adding running to my workouts, I am able to outperform my hiking companions on longer distance hikes.

That was a fantastic conversation, showcasing how we can reverse and even cure many chronic conditions often considered untreatable. Incredible insights for so many people who are suffering! The hardest part, as always, is getting started and taking those first steps. However, by gradually transitioning into a well-functioning ketogenic diet, great results can be achieved. I encourage everyone to start monitoring their glucose and ketone levels simultaneously, using continuous glucose and ketone monitors. It truly provides invaluable insight into achieving a properly managed state of ketosis. Keep going - small steps lead to big changes!

My cousin's daughter was doing the Ozempic. Almost died. The Ozempic basically paralyzed her digestive system. Was in the hospital for weeks. Yeah she was told it was "safe and effective".
At the greedy drug companies recommended doses hyper responders can slow digestion and get side effects. It was not the Ozempic. It was the dose. Every human makes “Ozempic” naturally in our body. This is not an invented drug. It’s actually called glp-1 peptide, everyone makes it and has receptors all over the body that use it. If the peptide itself was dangerous we would all be dead. The drug company took a peptide we already have and patented it. The drug company recommends amounts that quickly become overdoses. They start high and double the dose each month to cash in as much money as possible. If you follow the recommended dosing schedule you will likely be overdosed. Many doctors who are smart and not lazy will know to stay at the starting dose or even below and those people do not have side effects. It’s the dose, not the peptides.

So happy to hear Dr. Westman is working with Dr. Berry to launch the American Diabetes Society 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Excellent
I can't wait to see it!
Wow I didn’t know that. Is there anyway we can support this?
Very bad name. People will confuse it with ADA.
Dr. Westman, please dont ever sell your soul. We need you!!
@tatski2274 oh, no!

I love Doc Hampton, too! 😊

Thank God, literally, the good doctor won.
Hopefully, good doctors will win more often with President Trumps MAGA and Kennedy's MAHA.
Dr Baker lost his medical licence for allegedly gross incompetence with failure to report.
So many sketchy characters in the keto carnivore community.
I don't need knee surgery anymore cause of the carnivore lifestyle! No more pain, and no more cane!!❤

It's called casting pearls before swine.

What's moronic is believing in being "pill free" when eating animals that have an arm-long list of supplements.

After being Keto and almost carnivore for 18 months, losing 37#, feeling so much better and gaining great energy, I have decided to tell my doctor on my next visit that I have decided to concentrate on eating healthy and not saying the word “keto” or “carnivore” .

Broccoli? WHY
I'm 61 and to lose 55. IF is so hard for me. Still fighting sugar addiction but better. IF- any suggestions?

@@twiggyfitness great, so you can eat healthy carbs again, then. No need to deprive a major food source that built civilizations, then.

@@twiggyfitness it is sad that so many people are fanatized into "carb hate", and the most pathetic is when they confuse refined sugars and healthy carbs, and still think their opinion is valid.

I don't advise to suddenly change your diet, but just to not let the guru propaganda scare you away from useful studies about problems with those extreme diets. Medications cost money !!! KETO IS FREE !!! Give KETO six months and you will not go back !!! IT WORKS !!!

Are they actually Living? Or are they being kept just alive enough to be a customer?
So glad to hear it! I also helped my mom!! Cheers. 🎉🎉🎉

Love your videos Dr Westman! The problem is organized medicine has endorsed the government's dietary guidelines. Promoting a diet higher in fats is seen as unhealthy and most doctors are reluctant to go against the mainstream. Those guidelines are supported by the food industry.

Don’t rock the apple cart!
True people still smoke and drink. But those who want to live healthy will finally have a true healthy option.
What a shame I have to agree with you. Changing people's learned habits is tough.

But after only a few days it was so easy. I didn’t miss the carbs could not belive how easy and how good I felt came off my meds. Lost 120 lbs in a year. Then at 75 I moved into a retirement home Could not cook my own meals. Could not eat when and what I needed. Long story but I have gained back 60+ lbs and feel awful. And stuck here. My health especially mental health has deteriorated I miss not being able to eat keto so much😢😢😢😢
That was a fantastic conversation, showcasing how we can reverse and even cure many chronic conditions often considered untreatable.
Keto for prevention rather than treatment! Yes.
My doctor won't even talk about keto benefits.
Gatekeeper
That is not surprising at all. Everyone that wakes up, is a lost customer.
They need customers from cradle to grave, never cures.
Great video! Great information!❤️
Robb Wolf discussed many times how the keto, paleo, etc search results hits were drastically reduced in 2018 (year?) when overlords made algorithimic changes to WHO accepted searches.
Yes, and the billionaire tech bros are getting ready to really capitalize further on the algorithm driven profits, free of regulation. We ain't seen nothing yet.
RUclips is silencing Carnivore videos for me. I follow a lot of keto doctors but none of them appear in my flow. I have to actively search them. WTH?
The woman I followed from about 2010 to the shutdown time was a doctor that graduated from Harvard with honors who did regular podcasts. She made the statement what they did to doctor Atkins, & I knew what she meant. She left the Country & the gov put her on the do not fly list. She once owned a city block in NY. There is definitely a real organization or / cult, whatever the correct term is.
What happend with Atkins?
I’m on ultimate KETO = Carnivore and are medicine free now. 😃❤️
Gee... it almost sounds like if ppl ate a species specific diet right from the jump, they wouldn't get these conditions to begin with😮
Great video !!! Thanks for your good work .Going keto changed and improved my health for a year .
My cousin's daughter was doing the Ozempic. Almost died. The Ozempic basically paralyzed her digestive system. Was in the hospital for weeks. Yeah she was told it was "safe and effective".
Gee…wonder where I heard that one before…
At the greedy drug companies recommended doses hyper responders can slow digestion and get side effects.
I went down that same road. Ozympic nearly killed me.
Info available from Dr Bryan Ardis regarding gila monster venom that is put in Ozempic public source worth a listen. Check out Dr Bryan Ardis
Ozempic messed up my digestive system so bad.
Carnivore is helping me to get it straightened out
Most people I know who discourage me from my Intermittent fasting and ketogenic diet are the ones fat and sick with so many kinds of medications/ maintenance
Me? No maintenance , normal BP, waistline 32 “…. Tall, slim and healthy !
Hopefully after the 20th of this month things will begin to change.
Excellent summary video of Keto benefits.
Too bad!! We already know and we the people will continue to tell and help the people that don't know,!💪
The Serpent won't go down without a counter attack. They are being exposed... People are waking up
That's for sure 👍
Do you buy a car and put rubbish in the tank and expect it to run properly? No, but we put all kinds of rubbish in our bodies tank and wonder why we have so many problems!!!
I use that anaology all the time!!! 🤩🏅 SOOO true!
@@PinkLady54 Great minds think alike ;-)
@des2610 WOOT WOOT I like it!!
That means we have a great mind! 🤩🎉🤗😍
Sadly they put ethanol in our gas which is rubbish to our engines
Isn't it strange that eggs are much harder to find/buy lately? The cost of red meat here lately has gone up about $5.00 per pound for ribeye. Hmmm😢 My mind craves ribeye, but I can settle for $5.99 lb roast beast.
Now that you mention eggs are harder to find...just realized for the last 2-3 weeks, our grocery store has had very little eggs in the cooler. I have chickens, but they are not laying too much yet (winter). I do have 8 new laying hens who are starting to lay. WooHoo!!!
very strange as its been the same here in the uk
We go to a local farm for our eggs
@@CabinGirl2001 what are you feeding them? I hope you know about the TSC chicken food problem.
@@CabinGirl2001 I still eat 6-12 eggs per day. Local sources are always best. I hope to have at least 20 hens when I move, some goats and cows. Black Angus. Grass fed, finished and eaten.
I had “chronic idiopathic constipation” since birth. Parents took me to doctors when I was young, and as an adult, I was even participating in clinical trials for medications to find a cure. Nothing worked, especially the recommendation to eat more fiber. Four years ago, I started the carnivore diet, thank you Dr. Berry, and I have had ZERO problems with constipation since. Not to mention, I lost over 20 pounds, my joint pain has gone to zero, my anxiety is gone, and I have more energy now at 59 years old than I did when I was 40. I have learned that if the government says it’s good for you, run the other way!
They aren't silencing you because they really don't know that carnivore is a medical miracle
I started doing the carnivore diet on December 26th and have lost 17 pounds in those 9 days! No wonder they don't want us to know about these healthy diets. They can get the hell over it!!!
I lost a good friend to type 2 diabetes related issues 2 years ago. His endocrinologist maintained that there was nothing he could do about diabetes, he'll have it for life, just maintain your insulin. When he tried to go keto, that doctor told him to go off it immediately, that was bad for him.
Hopefully Trump and RFK Jr will put a stop toall of this censorship crap.
Trump will squash any major changes that RFK Jr. proposes when the big donors call him.
I'm due my one year recheck fibro scan, to see if my changes have helped.
Big pharma is not silencing me doctors..
I am spreading the good news...😊😊😊
Last ditch effort before they all get kicked to the curb.
some of them are researchers and professors so its not that easy
@@scasny "Not that easy" applies to most things in life. You learn that after a half dozen decades.
@@ravensinger5029 if you figure things out after over 60 years than i am sorry for you. I figure things out 3 times faster at my 22-25. My father told me this nonsense same as you, maybe to make him feel wise. Am now 36, the new information only explain what i suspect and make more sense.
@@scasny Congrats on missing the point entirely. Yes, you've got it all figured out all right.
@@ravensinger5029 maybe, English is not my first language and i just pick it up and not learn it. Its just, all say you see when you get older. Well, older i get the more i become proven right. They don't want to lose that money. they don't care about your health. it's all about the filthy lucre. Greed! greed!greed! I thank God, for allowing us to have food that's going to help heal our body. All the glory goes to God. And I thank God for all the carnivore doctors, Kerry and all of those that live what they say.

Dr Westman i am trying to convince my aunt to do ketogenics. She does have high blood pressure and a little bit of a heart problem but I can't find any medical articles on it to show her
The average Dr. during their schooling, spent 1000-1500 Hours in Medicinal Pharmaceutical. Food and Nutrition? 10 hours. Any questions?
