I started cutting sugar as much as a can, as few carbs as I can, and eat whatever meat I have available along with increased egg consumption. Pretty sure that first week I lost at least a pound a day, and after a bit more than 2 months I have lost about 40 pounds. Not paying much attention to how I cook the eggs.
The only thing bad about Ben is he never allows for those who can't afford the most expensive coffee, eggs, meat, supplements, etc. You know how many eggs I toss in the trash because I can't make them perfect and over cook the yolks? He had me so paranoid that nothing I do is good enough. Since then, I've turned to Dr. Westman. He's normal.
There’s a simple hack you can use to take an egg that’s starting to get the wide of it cooked close enough to be just where you want it if you’ve got a skillet like that and you have a fairly heavy one with Kahn store a lot of heat put a tablespoon or two a water in especially if you can get it already hot and cover it up. The steam will create a skin over the very liquid yolk and you’ll have that over easy look without ever having to flip it. That way you’ll throw away almost no eggs because they’re overcooked. It’s harder to do on an electric stove, but the way I do it is I get it hot and then I shut it off and I cycle it like that. Try the little bit of water tablespoon or two when you’ve only got an egg or two and put it in a part of the skillet if you can that doesn’t already have an egg on itcover it up and look like a superhero when you take out over easy exit, I’ve never been flipped!
You have a mind of your own, don’t you? Complaining about the fact someone doesn’t “allow” for something in a diet is just silly. You can make your own substitutions. And throwing away eggs because you haven’t got the yolks “perfect” is a criminal waste.
I do know for me if my blood sugar is around 100 eating eggs and bacon does not raise my blood sugar. If my blood sugar is 140 or higher eating eggs and bacon will actually lower my blood sugar about 20 points. Hmmm
I've been eating 20-32 eggs a day for 90% of the past 15 years. Usually 3x or 4x meals of 6-8 eggs (in butter or olive oil) depending if I'm cutting or bulking. I sometimes substitute an eggs meal for ground beef or steak or sometimes, fish or pork. Eggs and steak are my favourite food and I don't see why would I want to eat more of something that's not my favourite.

No way you will loose 10 pounds of fat I a week ! 14 egg contains ca 1000 calories ca half of daily intake for adult males - 1000 calories a day = 7000 calories a week = 1.7 pounds of fat. If you loose 10 pounds on this diet it will not all be from fat. P.s. I don’t believe in the calories in/out hypothesis by the way.

Right. I don't think I lost 10 during the week I fasted completely, nothing but water. The only time I lost 10 pounds in a week was years ago when I had the flu. Unable to eat at all coupled with vomiting and diarrhea will do that to you.

first time i gave you a dumb down. the guy is right.. his goal is to lose fat in a week. and the stuff he says makes sense.. if you get gee with gras feed is way better and same goes for chickens/eggs. because all other options will prevent you lose weight.. low carb right.. but if you dont do the process like he said it can be that you will not lose fat because there are some other stuff in gee and eggs wich will prevent it. i cannot write more because YT blocks it.
I get what ur saying about wether the nuances and enhancements r worth the bother, but I can't help but think they can really add up, especially over time. I wonder if u might b dismissing them too easily? It seems like health and dieting is so difficult that every little bit helps, no matter how small.

Just the thought of eating that many eggs is nauseous. And i like eggs occasionally, not daily though.

Not a fan of these yo-yo protocols for weight loss. If all that is what one is using it for then expect to yo-yo indefinitely.

Usually the farts are if you eat carbs too. I find if I eat very low carb my farts aren't egg smelling even when I eat 6 eggs a day.
