30 Min Full Body KETTLEBELL Workout | Controlled and Explosive | No Repeat Follow Along

  • In this 30 Min Full Body KETTLEBELL Workout | Controlled and Explosive | No Repeat Follow Along, featuring controlled and explosive movements with no repeated exercises, we will complete 9 sets of 4 exercises each. For the first three sets, perform each exercise for 40 seconds, and for the fourth set, do each exercise for 30 seconds. This routine is designed to target the entire body. To enhance the intensity, consider using heavier weights and/or executing the movements at a faster pace.
    These are the kettlebells that I am using:
    20KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
    16KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
    12KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)
    Before starting the workout, make sure to properly warm up by following this video:

    To anyone reading. You don’t need a gym. You don’t need a peloton. You need RUclips and an 8x8 area and to want it. 50 pounds dropped in 6 months. And I’m 50! You can do it! Stick to it daily.

    Who needs a gym??? Daniel's kettlebell workouts are THE BEST!!! I've lost over 40 lbs the right and natural way because of this mans videos. Saved by the bells!!!

    I'm trying to get back into shape, and this video was just what I needed. I was only able to get through the first half today, but I'll be coming back for the rest tomorrow! Maybe next time I come back to this workout I'll be able to make it through the whole thing.

    I love your upper body kettlebell workouts - you make the best follow-along videos on RUclips! I’m currently dealing with a rotator cuff injury and haven’t been able to do these recently. Would love a routine that was easy on the shoulders.

    I like these new, intense, workout. You removed the mid-way rest.
    I can definitely measure their effectiveness, because when I go back to your previous 40min workouts, they feel so much easier now.

    Had two kids and been out of the gym for about 4 years. First exercise coming back and I made it through 20 mins. Feeling really good. Excited to make it further tomorrow!

    It's always good to see people teaching proper wrist alignment. I see too many "authorities" on Kettlebell parking and pressing their bells with wrists bent backwards.
    The wrist should be positioned as if you wanted to punch something without injuring your wrist. It's also always good to see people using one-handed swings, which are vastly superior to two-handed swings.
