    Love these you are the only youtuber with good kettlebell workouts. Please could you do more kettlebell strength workouts

    Great workout. Thank you for adding the picture in picture to show the next exercise..it really helps prepare for the next set. I also noticed you improved your sound! All good upgrades to improve the exercising experience :)

    Daniel, I don't even remember how I discovered your channel but it is one of the more positive things to happen during lockdown. I'm surprised you don't have many more subscribers to be honest. I love that you use simple building blocks to create complex workouts. I sometimes just watch this channel for fitness motivation; I tried one of your glute and leg workouts and almost 'died' haha but I will destroy it soon! Keep up the good work.

    Loved it!! I burnt around 300 calories in 30 minutes (175cm, 63kg, 26yrs) without considering the ones I'll burn recovering. Love your workouts!!!

    Great workout. Good order by increasing intensity and endurance. The Round 3 is the toughest. Had to drop weight in the two repeated sets... I think the clock on the screen and your clock in the studio were about 5 seconds off in the third round. Thank you for sharing, looking forward to the next one.

    Hey Daniel! Love your KB videos! I like the variety and quality of the videos!
    I was wondering if you could do some videos without background music so that we can put our own background music? I do your workouts over and over and being able to put my own music would make each workout more enjoyable.
    I don't want to mute the video because I really appreciate your indications and motivation, and when I try to put my own music it mixes with the one on the video and sounds weird.

    Hi daniel ! Love your workouts , especially this one - its more challenging and really hits the triceps and chest especially in the last round !
    would you consider doing a more intense HIIT , say 45 seconds / 15 seconds rest ?

    I'm 48 and I managed to keep up with this awesome workout using a 12kg kettlebell. Is that good or should I be using a heavier kettlebell? What weight are others using?

    Hi Daniel, thank for the video! How heavy is your Kettlebell? How much Kilograms do you recomend? I would say I am somewhere between average and advanced, train 3-4 times a week and am 36 years old. THANKS!

      Hi, I think what Olivia stated could be suitable for you as well. My kettlebells are both 12kg heavy - I think it very much depends on the exercises while you might be able to perform the exercises in this workout with a heavier weight, the e.g. single arm kettlebell in other videos might be a hard to perform correctly if the kettlebell is to heavy. If you have different kettlebells available great - so you can adjust it to the exercises, otherwise I would recommend something around 20kg as a starting point.
