Great workout. Good order by increasing intensity and endurance. The Round 3 is the toughest. Had to drop weight in the two repeated sets... I think the clock on the screen and your clock in the studio were about 5 seconds off in the third round. Thank you for sharing, looking forward to the next one.

I do your workouts over and over and being able to put my own music would make each workout more enjoyable. I don't want to mute the video because I really appreciate your indications and motivation, and when I try to put my own music it mixes with the one on the video and sounds weird. Hi daniel ! Love your workouts , especially this one - its more challenging and really hits the triceps and chest especially in the last round ! would you consider doing a more intense HIIT , say 45 seconds / 15 seconds rest ?

Hi, I think what Olivia stated could be suitable for you as well. My kettlebells are both 12kg heavy - I think it very much depends on the exercises while you might be able to perform the exercises in this workout with a heavier weight, the e.g. single arm kettlebell in other videos might be a hard to perform correctly if the kettlebell is to heavy. If you have different kettlebells available great - so you can adjust it to the exercises, otherwise I would recommend something around 20kg as a starting point.
