- This 20 minute FULL BODY Kettlebell WORKOUT | HOME WORKOUT | HIIT Home Workout | Strength Cardio Workout is made up of 2 blocks of 4 different exercises and each 4 exercise for 4 rounds. We do the exercises for 30 seconds, then we have 10 seconds rest in between!
In this routine we will have 8 kettlebell and body weight exercises in total.

Found your videos while looking for kettlebell workouts. Just got myself one and want to incorporate it into my hitt. You have some of the best kb hiits. Maybe you can put in the entire rest period next time so I can follow along without pausing :)

Morning, Daniel. Thank you for your kettlebell workouts. They're amazing to do. I was scared of kettlebells at first. But when you demonstrated the process, I found it so much easier and actually fun to use at the gym. Thank you again. I'll be looking out for more kettlebell workout videos... :)

Hey Daniel, I've just bought kettlebell to do your workouts. Till now I've only have been doing the HIIT no equpipment ones. This was the first kettlebell workout and I love it. I plan to do all of them!

Going through your oldie ones....it was GREAT not to see that running timer on the screen to keep you focused on the exercise, intensity and form!!! This is absolutely fierce! 20 kg kettlebell is what you need to look for to get absolutely knackered! A great one Daniel, as always!
True, it allows you to focus on the exercise and you are less likely to give up 5 secs before the timer ends. I'm impressed that you are keeping up the kettlebell workouts with 20kg by now!! WELL DONE! Keep it up my friend! :)

I am going to do this exact workout tomorrow with a 27.5 pound kettlebell. My mountain bike is in the shop so I am taking a biking break by default. Workout looks awesome. Take care and best wishes.
