- This 30 min serious kettlebell HIIT is a serious advanced full body workout for everyone looking for an intense and sweaty home workout. The workout entails two blocks of exercises. Each exercise will be performed for 35 secs followed by 15 secs.
Please find below the script of today’s 30 min full body kettlebell workout:
BLOCK 01
1. Romanian Deadlift To Drop Squat
2. Front Squat Jump To Push UP & Hand Walkout
3. Reverse Grip Bent Over Row & Half Burpee
4. 4x High Knees & Flat On The Ground
5. Goblet Squat & Overhead Press
BLOCK 02
1. Full Deadlift Upright Row To Overhead Press
2. Weighted Jack Knife
3. Upright Row & Reverse Lunges
4. Hand Walkout To Plank Jack & Jump
5. 4x single Arm Row & Switch

DRIPPINGGGGG! Did this one a few months back and again this morning... It hasn't gotten any easier but at least I didn't have to hit pause :D That finisher at the end... LEGZZZZ for dayzzz. I must say that it's great to hear you in the videos, pushing and motivating us! The newer ones don't have that :(

I used to LOVE doing your workouts every morning before work. It was the perfect pick-me-up .....until shoulder surgery this past December stopped me dead in my tracks 😖😔. I'm now sitting here skimming through your videos seeing what workouts I can do (modified of course). I'm doing physical therapy and still not cleared for any lifting with my arm but the growing love handles say it's time to move!!😂😂 Love your workouts and enthusiasm, looking forward to getting back into it soon. That was one sweaty workout! Nice twist with 5 exercises in one round instead of 4 usual 4. Jumping deadlift in the afterburner was an overkill... Great one Daniel, keep it up!!!!

I only have 12 kg kettle bell at home and I’m 82kg will it be too light for me?

@@DANIELPTFITNESS if you did this workout do u still need to do cardio afterwords? Coz I thought your body burns carbs sugar 1st in the 1st hour and only burn fats after an hour ? Or does hiit work differently ?
