    Thank you for having different complexes each time lol. I was not looking forward to doing Giant Step Jumps again so I was happy when the second complex had different exercises 😅
    The last kettlebell video I did had a lot of swings so this was a nice change ha ha.
    This was my fourth straight day of full body strength videos because starting this afternoon, I have to take a week off of working out (minor medical procedure). So I burned out my muscles so they can appreciate a week off!

    16kg, 14kg,12kg, 10kg,

    Done again! Full body burning workout! As revoques times, I did 50 mints adding some of my preferred moves with kB. Hard Saturday workout! Thanks Daniel you are fantastic. Some 180-90

    @Berryangie72! Hello 👋 everyone hope you all are good. This was a sweaty one this morning! What a challenge, I am playing catch-up tbh. My knee is bothering me, I have been getting and walking. I have done Monday and Tuesday workouts. Had to take a rest day on Wednesday. I jumped back in this morning. Lunges killed my right knee 😅. If it doesn't challenge you it won't change you right! Thank you Daniel 💯❤️

    Did it again half of the workout was with 🏋️‍♂️ bb and the other hal with kB with mods to make it harder. 46 mint and some 180 cls. Awesome

    I found your channel a few months ago and I’m really enjoying the workouts. I like the different positions and movements (at least that I’ve ever seen). Some of them remind me of similar movements one might do in their day-to-day lives (moving furniture, painting a room, lifting random heavy objects, etc.) It makes glad that I’ll be stronger and (hopefully) continue to be able to do those random daily things with more confidence.

    Did it and repet las 5 mints of work to complete 50 mints. Awesome. 170 cls. Here. And 54 mints with warm up. Great wok Daniel thanks a lot
