Thank you for having different complexes each time lol. I was not looking forward to doing Giant Step Jumps again so I was happy when the second complex had different exercises 😅 The last kettlebell video I did had a lot of swings so this was a nice change ha ha. This was my fourth straight day of full body strength videos because starting this afternoon, I have to take a week off of working out (minor medical procedure). So I burned out my muscles so they can appreciate a week off! Weights: 16kg, 14kg,12kg, 10kg,

@Berryangie72! Hello 👋 everyone hope you all are good. This was a sweaty one this morning! What a challenge, I am playing catch-up tbh. My knee is bothering me, I have been getting and walking. I have done Monday and Tuesday workouts. Had to take a rest day on Wednesday. I jumped back in this morning. Lunges killed my right knee 😅. If it doesn't challenge you it won't change you right! Thank you Daniel 💯❤️

I found your channel a few months ago and I’m really enjoying the workouts. I like the different positions and movements (at least that I’ve ever seen). Some of them remind me of similar movements one might do in their day-to-day lives (moving furniture, painting a room, lifting random heavy objects, etc.) It makes glad that I’ll be stronger and (hopefully) continue to be able to do those random daily things with more confidence.
