This 35 minute kettlebell full body workout is a kettlebell strength training workout from my HomeGym platform. If you liked this workout and you would like to workout more frequently with me, please check: www.danielptfitness.com/homegym
This kettlebell strength workout includes two blocks of kettlebell exercises and each block contains six movements. We will perform each strength exercise for 45 seconds long followed by 15 seconds rest in between.
The workout includes exercises such as kettlebell swings, kettlebell crunches, kettlebell goblet squats with a front push, single kettlebell chest fly and many more.

vielen Dank für dieses super Workout. Ich musste allerdings bei der einen oder anderen Übung, auf eine 10 und auf eine 5 Kilo Hantel wechseln. Doch alle anderen Übungen konnte ich mit meiner 12 Kg Kettlebell durchführen.

This was fantastic, got me very hot and sweaty and I was really pushing through. Quite stressed out at work at the moment so this was a great way to channel some of that energy.

Hey Daniel, love the work outs. But is there a way to tell which ones have commentary and which ones have no commentary? I find the ones with commentary the easiest to follow along with, I just lose my way with the other ones…..

May I know how much calories will this workout burn?
that is a million dollar question! how much you are burning is personal and the best way to find out is to have one these heart-rate trackers (appel watch etc) so you can find out how much you are burning :D
