it seems so minor, but you have to appreciate that chloe NEVER says “want to look like me? do this workout!” or “want abs like mine? want a butt like mine?” it’s so nice to see her embracing physical fitness and encouraging others too without making them feel like they need to look like her, instead of better versions of themselves. love her so much, these workouts have changed my life for the better. edit 1: omg guys thank you for all the likes!!!
And the way she encourages everyone to just try is so motivating. She makes sure to let people know it’s okay to feel tired or not be able to complete all of the exercises but still gives them hope of being able to eventually do them all.
Isabela Flores in my opinion up and down planks are worse than plank jacks but now I want them BACK? They are good for your tummy/abs (whatever you say) sooooo ya 😊
PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU DON'T SEE RESULTS LIKE OTHERS: Listen here, i started with the 2 weeks abs challenge on the 6th of April 2020 cuz yes, i did think i'll get abs in 2 weeks from seeing all the results videos, however, it did not happen. I got discouraged too, but when i saw my before picture i literally had zero curves in my body. I had like this square-shaped structure because i stopped working out for 2/3 years. After those 14 days, for the first time in my life, i had curves! Not extreme but there were some changes. It was at this point that i understood that the goal was to make it a healthy habit, to move my body to feel alive and getting stronger and healthier. A beautiful body is something that comes along with good health. I made it a point to work out every day no matter how long it'd take me to see my progress. I took a week's break and starded the 26 days hourglass challenge and oh my god the difference i see in my body posture! For the first time ever (I'm 20) my body was getting toned and i saw some lines! The feeling was so great i can't describe it! Now i'm on day 10 of the summer shread and oh boy am i excited to see what more my body is capable of! So ladies and gentleman what i want to say is don't give up because you don't see abs now! It will happen and you'll get to your dream body, always keep in mind you get stronger everyday and you're better than yesterday, kick it, i know we can all do it❤ We're in this together!🌻✨ And yes, thank you Chloe, thank you for everything!💫

Obviously at first I didn’t see a huge difference and got discouraged but I didn’t give up and I’m glad that I didn’t. I started doing this workout on july this year, after I recovered from covid and I was sooo unfit. I had to take 6/7 breaks in between this 13 minutes, it took me more than half an hour to complete this 13 minutes workout. Today, November 20th, 2020, i just finished the whole workout without even a single break. And i think i still have energy left to do some more. I used to cry on july-august, during workouts, because it was so physically and mentally painful for me as i was very unfit. But today it just made me cry that how much I've improved. I have literally no friends and family that will take this achievement seriously, i have no place to share this, that's why i just came here to write this. I just had to tell someone. Because i'm so happy and proud, which i dont feel that often. Thank You Chloe Ting. 💜
Because I'm extremely overweight I had to do all the modifications, and I couldn't do the tricep kicks at all because I couldn't lift my legs off the ground. However, that didn't stop me; I just modified it even more and went up and down by assuming the crab position. I am determined to lose weight in a healthy manner; I am determined to feel strong and in control again. Edit: I nearly cried seeing how many people responded to this. It's been a little over a week and I've definitely been inconsistent, but I'm seeing progress. I revisited this workout and I paced myself better, I wasn't in so much pain at the end and I didn't get dizzy by overexerting myself. I've been combining the Summer Shred challenge with workouts from Blogilates and Natacha Oceane, and I think I see a difference! Not physically, but it's a little easier to walk up the stairs and I have more energy. I'm getting there.
YES girl!! Me too. i just finished her 25 day hourglass challenge and lost 5 pounds and 1.5 inches around my waist. It works!! Plus it gets easier the more you do it!! YOU GOT THIS!!
hey, i'm the same height and weight and i'm fairly thin... just making sure you're not over-exercising yourself. i'm all for getting healthy and staying fit, but i will say, moderation is key, even too much exercise can be harmful.
9 days into the challenge, what I’ve learned: *Put a folded blanket under you to save your elbows and spine *Hot baths will help the soreness go away faster *Wear shoes to avoid the skin on the bottom of your feet getting destroyed by squat jacks and other exercises *There are days you won’t finish and that’s okay! Some days you are more tired or sore and if you only have 75% to give, give it that 75%. The key is to keep coming back! *I don’t take nearly as many breaks, my stamina is noticeably increasing. *Holy crap, the right half of my booty is sore. Why is it just the right???
the right half is maybe sore because that's where the dominate side of your body is? just a theory, and if your left is your dominate side it may be just because you dont use the left side as much as your right
I’ve done this for 1.5 weeks now and I’m still on week 1 of the summer shred challenge because I have had days where I’ve just done half of the workout and then stopped because I was too tired, even though other days I’ve been able to do the whole workout. I watched progress videos and by the end of the first week some people were talking about how it was getting easier while for me it seems like it’s only getting more difficult. I was really discouraged but your comment made me feel better and helped me realize I don’t have to do 100% if I’m not at my 100%. I am in the middle of my workout now and I was about to give up but I am onto the next video regardless of how well I do or how many breaks I need. Thank you 🙌🏻

For beginners I would just like to mention few things - it's okay if you take longer break's - it's okay if you can't do few exercises properly, it will get better - it's okay if you can't do it at the speed Chloe's doing, remember she also started somewhere and got here after working hard. - it's okay if you skip some days - it's okay if you can't do some exercises for the time period given -it's okay if you can only do the low impact ones, you'll get stronger -it's okay if you take extra rest days. The only thing that matters is that you are trying and pushing yourself. You'll get stronger with time. Just don't give up. Whenever you feel like giving up just take a min or two and remember why you started it in first place. I personally just imagine myself with my desired body for a few minutes before starting. Also One thing I noticed is earlier I kept on saying 'I can't do it' like in my mind just seeing the exercise and I was like "oh no, I can't do that". But then I changed it kept on repeating I can do it and guess what I was able to do it. It was all in my mind Just believe in yourself guys. You wanna do it, just do it doesn't matter how you do it. I am in my late 40’s and moderately obese. My college age daughter started me on Cloe 4 weeks ago. When I started the warm up winded me. I have been repeating week one for 4 weeks just to get strong enough to finish a work out. Today I did every exercise in the warm up and the shred, even the plank walk for the first time using the low impact suggestion. When I started, I could not do a single plank. I have lost 10 pounds and a dress size. Hope to graduate to week 2.
That's awesome... I am 51 and did the 2 week shred and no doing the 2020 summer shred. I can do all of the exercises, for the most part, but it is tough. Seems like most everyone doing this is soooooo young!

I had to take several longer breaks between exercises today. a few days ago I did this amazingly (that's not very much for me lol) and today I could barely finish the squat kicks. what i'm saying is you can't give up, and that some days it will just be harder than you expected. But just push through, if you can.

Hey Chloe: I may be one of your oldest subscribers-I turned 60 years young this winter and I just completed the 28 day summer shred challenge with my son, who is 25! We both got good results. I lost an inch from the chest, 1.25 from the waist, 1.5 from the belly/lovehandles, and 1 inch from thighs (no loss from hips). My son lost 2.5 inches from his chest, an inch from his waist, an inch from his belly/LHs, half an inch from his hips and 1.5 inches from thighs! After some rest time off, we are going to try another of your programs to continue our progress. Thank you for making these excellent and free programs! It was painful at time, but so worth it!

Hi Chloe. You gotta read my story and everyone else trying to lose weight. Back in 2017 I was diagnosed with PCOS. I had gained 30 kgs in just 6 months and lost nearly the same amount of self confidence. Ever since then, I had been on a hundred kind of diets and workout to lose weight. I tried everything I could but nothing worked. Few months ago, my sister showed me your workouts and forced me to try atleast. No doubt being 85 kgs, they nearly killed me while doing. Initially, I did leaving 10 seconds extra at the end of every workout. Then gradually as I became stronger, I left 5 seconds and then 3seconds. 2 months after starting with your workouts, I started with a healthy eating resolution. Today, I am 58 kgs almost, i.e. down by 27 kgs. But these are just the superficial benifits. Your workout and your way of presenting them has taught me valuable life skills. First of all, I have started to love myself. Secondly, I got a never ending determination to go on without thinking about the fruits. I have realised that every body shape/size is good, all that's needed is love. Next, eating healthy is not a diet but a lifestyle that's sure to enhance every domain of our life. @@ksuvarna9634 I followed Chloe's programs and the days on which I felt I did less exercise, I tried focusing on doing certain workouts by myself. Moreover, I tried focusing on my diet with a big no to processed foods. It took me nearly 6 months to loose 16 kgs.😃

I started doing these workouts again because I saw myself going back downhill mentally and physically and I remembered how good I used to feel and look after completing one of these workouts. I got way more toned after this and lost 1.2 kilos but I did have an irregular eating pattern. But the best thing about it is that I felt better about myself. I definitely recommend a strict diet along with this workout.

@@gurleen1189 I used to be a person who just watches and plays games and vids but, I was noticing how my belly kept growing. Now I don't play any games and watch some vids. I now excersise 5-9 vids everyday.
To everyone who's not sure if they're self esteem has improved or if they're actually losing weight; either one is good! Remember that improving mental health and self esteem reduces stress, which has a major impact on weight gain/physixal health. Without that stress on your body, it will be much easier to become healthier and lose weight! Trust the process!
Anyone here in March? Hello. I am here to share my progress and my results. So lemme first tell you about myself. I am an 18 year old Indian girl and a student. I am not at all fit , I was neither into exercising or dieting before but my body reached an alarming state so just began with this challenge. So yeah tomorrow is day 14 of the challenge which means I am halfway through..yeaahhh!! Now since I am so unfit I am unable to do all the videos and yeah I do not push myself extremely and yes I am not dieting currently. I am not hoping to see any magnificient results but hoping to get stronger and fitter. Taking baby steps towards my goals. And yes I am not going to post my measurements here. Sorry but I will definitely type up my result in some way. P.S. - I know its long but if you read it till here just like and remind me to update you after 14 days. Cheers!

Hey everyone! For those of you who have written down so many supportive comments thank you so much! I tried to do Chloe's summer shred challenge about 20 times and each time I would quit. It would be either way too hard for me or after 1 workout my laziness would hit me and I would not do it again. Thanks to this awesome community, I was about to face my laziness and decided to get it over! And damn do I feel amazing!! (also very sore ^^). For those of you going through the same thing, you can absolutely do it!!! Take you time and there's no shame in stopping for an extra break or doing the easier version of the exercise! Trust me if the laziest person in the world (aka Me!) can do it! So can you!!!!!! - Also thank you Chloe for these free amazing workouts!!
*MOTIVATION FOR YALL* I’m on day 6 of the summer shred and I’ve never been able to do a push up even on my knees, well today I managed 5 knee push ups in a row!!! Just paused to let you know you can do whatever you set your mind to with the effort! Keep going! Love yall xx

Thursday, 11th of February 2021: I am sick of being constantly unfit and self conscious; i currently live in the UK and I planned to do a workout during the first lockdown but I was too lazy i'll admit it, which im not proud of. So here i am, third lockdown and im going to change things around, i'll come back everyday to document how each workout went (I am currently "attempting" the 28 day summer shred challenge) As of currently: -I weigh somewhere around 100-107 kg (I dont have any scales anymore as they got threw out due to them being broken) - my height is 5ft 8" -112 cm hips - 102 cm waist - 105 cm chest area (bust?) - 69 cm thighs And here is everyday documented down: *Day 1:* The burn is real TwT but the cool down stretches are so soothing, yeah I've realised how unfit I am but I realised im really flexible and I cant wait to improve over time!! Day 2: _ow-_ Doing the abs workout first was nice but painful, as of currently, I cant do butterfly kicks ;-; but I strive to improve! Also ngl, I nearly fell asleep doing the head rolls in cool down; the exercises are definitely burning something... I’m also in my early teens so I should be weighing around the weight or a little more. Measurments: Arms~ 10 inches Thighs~ 15.5 inches Waist- 24.5 inches Hips~ idk I’ll have to check I’ll update ASAP Booty~ I’ll have to check as well Weight~ 80 pounds Day 1: ✅ The first video was super hard for some reason, but I did it, and it felt really good to complete it. Day 2: ✅ Today was an active rest day but I still did Chloe’s ab workout because of quarantine I wasn’t very “active” so the best way I found to be active was just to workout! Day 3: ✅ Done, omg today was a buttload of working out and I was soooo sore but I did it!
I have been really depressed in quarantine and have gained a lot of weight recently so I'm trying to go back to what I weighed 2 years ago! (I started it a couple times before but stopped, but now I really really want to get out of this depression I'm in right now) starting weight: 187 goal weight: 160 day 5: 181lbs! ive lost 6lbs already!!! the workouts are SO much easier than before and I dont take as many rests (im still hella sweaty at the end though) the arm workout was killer on day 3 but I'm feeling stronger and I haven't done any new measurements on my waist but it looks smaller already!!! *EDIT* I did stop doing the challenge because I got really busy, but Ive officially lost 10lbs as of today. I left a reply below if you want to read it more in depth!! I stopped on Day 12 because I got busy, but to anyone else that stops and feels bad about it... DONT! this is a very difficult/traumatic time for everyone so be easy on yourself. love yourself! I have been biking or swimming in the pool to still get some exercise but I may start this challenge again soon! it's a lifestyle change just remember that guys :) thanks for your support
My whole life,from when I was a kid till now,people have called me fat and ugly including my own parents and siblings.i started exercising from when I was 10 and all these insults probably brought down my self confidence.but I’m still gonna try Chloe tings challenge,not for everyone else but for myself so that I could feel a little better about my appearance.i think

if you really can’t do the exercise just jog on the spot or do high knees/low impact high knees! just stick through to the end of the video, even if that means only doing 15 seconds on each exercise or skipping a few exercises :) you’ll only get stronger!!
4 Week Shred: Week 1: Measurements: Waist = 73cm Belly/Stomach = 83cm Butt = 101cm Left Thigh = 52 cm Right Thigh = 51cm Left Arm = 28cm Right Arm = 27cm Start Weight = 63.4kg Day 1 = ✅ All Videos Completed - I had a binge eat kind of day today so hopefully I’ll do better tomorrow. Day 2 = ✅ All Videos Completed - I had sport for two hours and I also walked my dog. Day 3 = ✅ All Videos completed - I have sport again today and my arms are killing me. Tomorrow I will do a weigh in to see if there are any improvements mid week. I will be measuring every 7 days. I’ve eaten better as well so I think I might lose weight but we will see. Day 4 = ✅ Active Rest Day - I had school today so I did some walking while there but other than that I didn’t really do anything. I’m at 63.3 because of a large meal I had last night but I did lose 0.1kg which isn’t much but it’s something. I was at 62.0kg yesterday so it does work I just had a large meal yesterday. Day 5 = ✅ All Videos completed - My waist looks like it is getting smaller so that is cool. I can also see abs starting to form too which is exciting. Today was the hardest but I still felt somewhat alive at the end of it. I have sport later as well. Day 6 = ✅ All videos Completed - I cannot believe I even made a week doing these workouts. Today I dreaded doing them but I did anyway and I feel so much better about myself once I’ve done them. I have an active rest day tomorrow so I will update results then so I can start on week 2. I was shocked at how much weight I lost overnight at the start of the week so my motivation this week is to see if I can do the rest of this week without giving up. Day 10 = ✅ All Videos Completed - It took me ages to complete even though there were just three videos because I had to keep stopping and Starting but I finished them. Day 11 = ✅ Active Rest Day - I ate quite a bit today but I feel better because of it. Day 12 = ✅ All Videos Completed - I was able to do the videos without any breaks today, albeit the low impact ones. I forgot to weigh myself yesterday but I weigh 62.1 kg because I ate like a pig yesterday because we finally had some nice food in the house. Day 13 = ✅ All Videos Completed - My legs were in so much pain today but I got through it. I will update measurements tomorrow for you but I don’t think I’ve lost anything this week but my mentality has got stronger. Decided to post this comment because I am the queen of inconsistency. I’m trying to lose 12 pounds! Like this comments to motivate me. I’ll try to check in every seven days! Edit: i’m six days in and i’m seeing major improvements in strength. I’m much better at finishing the workouts. As for results, i see a little. I’ve worked out in the past and i’m slowly seeing the muscle that i one had come back!
I just came to a sudden realization...I had spent 6 hours of my life at school being mentally tormented so why can't I spend at least 20 minutes being physically tormented instead???
doing this challenge for as long as i can!! my weight at the moment is 68.4kg and my goal is to get at 57kg disclaimer: i walk for at-least an hour everyday day 1: it wasn't easy but i could get through it! I did some of the low impact exercises, and i took a little bit longer breaks. I'm pouring sweat! day 2: was really hard, but i pushed through it. i had to take longer breaks and change to low impact on some of them. - i stopped for like 6 days, because i went on vacation, started my period, and got sick. - day 3: super tired, took long breaks, bodies sore, sweating like crazy, and shaking badly. i couldn't finish it, but i did walk for around 35 minutes beforehand. day 4: I'm sweating, but i 'm starting to like the burn, i am getting unmotivated though!! but i succeeded! i had to take breaks still, but i didn't do as many low impact workouts. i will do yoga, or daisy keech hourglass abs!!
A tip for everyone wanting to start this challenge but are overwhelmed by some of the workouts. I'm currently doing the 2 week shred challenge and to prepare for it I took a week to just practice the workouts at my own pace. This really helps because doing the workouts correctly AND not overexerting yourself are super important. And learn how to breathe/engage your core, Chloe has a video on that, it makes the workouts easier handle. I'm rooting for everyone who is doing this challenge and remember how you feel during this challenge matters wayyy more than the numbers on the scale. 💓
This is kinda some attention lmao. But also another tip, I know chloes workouts are hard and tiring. What I do so that I don’t pass out is take a 10 min break in between every video and eat something (and ofc it has to be healthy😔 during the challenge you need to have a well balance diet to get the best results but this doesn’t mean to not eat anything or starve yourself.)

And yes I’ve seen results. But it truly depends on the person im 5”4 and weigh about 120. Sorry for the long reply but I just want u to understand so u can get the results you want 💓

Ever since covid started, i had been eating really unhealthy and getting really unfit. I had gained 15 pounds. I was tired of being called fat or unhealthy. If u can just do the low impact ver, or a simple stretches to stretch out ur body is fine too, or if u really couldnt make it just take a rest. Dont give up, and remember we all r with u!

Daily updates here: Day 1- super winded. I workout everyday in the gym and this was so hard for me. Feeling super insecure in my mind. Can’t wait to see more confidence mentally as I progress! Day two here I come:). Day 2: killed me - took a few days rest because personal reasons Day 3: hard to have motivation but I did it, feeling mentally better after working out Day 4: rest day Day 5: about to get my period so I want really feeling it tbh but I got up and did it anyways, even if all of them weren’t full out. But it’s getting a little bit easier each day.
it seems so minor, but you have to appreciate that chloe NEVER says “want to look like me? do this workout!” or “want abs like mine? want a butt like mine?” it’s so nice to see her embracing physical fitness and encouraging others too without making them feel like they need to look like her, instead of better versions of themselves. love her so much, these workouts have changed my life for the better.

Listen here, i started with the 2 weeks abs challenge on the 6th of April 2020 cuz yes, i did think i'll get abs in 2 weeks from seeing all the results videos, however, it did not happen. I got discouraged too, but when i saw my before picture i literally had zero curves in my body. I had like this square-shaped structure because i stopped working out for 2/3 years. After those 14 days, for the first time in my life, i had curves! Not extreme but there were some changes. It was at this point that i understood that the goal was to make it a healthy habit, to move my body to feel alive and getting stronger and healthier. A beautiful body is something that comes along with good health. I made it a point to work out every day no matter how long it'd take me to see my progress. I took a week's break and starded the 26 days hourglass challenge and oh my god the difference i see in my body posture! For the first time ever (I'm 20) my body was getting toned and i saw some lines! The feeling was so great i can't describe it! Now i'm on day 10 of the summer shread and oh boy am i excited to see what more my body is capable of!
So ladies and gentleman what i want to say is don't give up because you don't see abs now! It will happen and you'll get to your dream body, always keep in mind you get stronger everyday and you're better than yesterday, kick it, i know we can all do it❤ We're in this together!🌻✨ And yes, thank you Chloe, thank you for everything!💫

I’ve been also doing a lot of her workouts (currently in the 2020 shred program) and I have to say, I’ve seen great results! Obviously at first I didn’t see a huge difference and got discouraged but I didn’t give up and I’m glad that I didn’t. I’m really satisfied with where I am right now and hope I can reach more of my goals.

I started doing this workout on july this year, after I recovered from covid and I was sooo unfit. I had to take 6/7 breaks in between this 13 minutes, it took me more than half an hour to complete this 13 minutes workout. Today, November 20th, 2020, i just finished the whole workout without even a single break. And i think i still have energy left to do some more. I used to cry on july-august, during workouts, because it was so physically and mentally painful for me as i was very unfit. But today it just made me cry that how much I've improved.
I have literally no friends and family that will take this achievement seriously, i have no place to share this, that's why i just came here to write this. I just had to tell someone. Because i'm so happy and proud, which i dont feel that often. Thank You Chloe Ting. 💜

Because I'm extremely overweight I had to do all the modifications, and I couldn't do the tricep kicks at all because I couldn't lift my legs off the ground. However, that didn't stop me; I just modified it even more and went up and down by assuming the crab position. I am determined to lose weight in a healthy manner; I am determined to feel strong and in control again.
Edit: I nearly cried seeing how many people responded to this. It's been a little over a week and I've definitely been inconsistent, but I'm seeing progress. I revisited this workout and I paced myself better, I wasn't in so much pain at the end and I didn't get dizzy by overexerting myself. I've been combining the Summer Shred challenge with workouts from Blogilates and Natacha Oceane, and I think I see a difference! Not physically, but it's a little easier to walk up the stairs and I have more energy. I'm getting there.

9 days into the challenge, what I’ve learned:
*Put a folded blanket under you to save your elbows and spine
*Hot baths will help the soreness go away faster
*Wear shoes to avoid the skin on the bottom of your feet getting destroyed by squat jacks and other exercises
*There are days you won’t finish and that’s okay! Some days you are more tired or sore and if you only have 75% to give, give it that 75%. The key is to keep coming back!
*I don’t take nearly as many breaks, my stamina is noticeably increasing.
*Holy crap, the right half of my booty is sore. Why is it just the right???
hot baths are nice but if u don't want to feel sore the next day try a cold shower or bath
the right half is maybe sore because that's where the dominate side of your body is? just a theory, and if your left is your dominate side it may be just because you dont use the left side as much as your right

I’ve done this for 1.5 weeks now and I’m still on week 1 of the summer shred challenge because I have had days where I’ve just done half of the workout and then stopped because I was too tired, even though other days I’ve been able to do the whole workout. I watched progress videos and by the end of the first week some people were talking about how it was getting easier while for me it seems like it’s only getting more difficult. I was really discouraged but your comment made me feel better and helped me realize I don’t have to do 100% if I’m not at my 100%. I am in the middle of my workout now and I was about to give up but I am onto the next video regardless of how well I do or how many breaks I need. Thank you 🙌🏻

For beginners I would just like to mention few things
- it's okay if you take longer break's
- it's okay if you can't do few exercises properly, it will get better
- it's okay if you can't do it at the speed Chloe's doing, remember she also started somewhere and got here after working hard.
- it's okay if you skip some days
- it's okay if you can't do some exercises for the time period given
-it's okay if you can only do the low impact ones, you'll get stronger
-it's okay if you take extra rest days.
The only thing that matters is that you are trying and pushing yourself. You'll get stronger with time. Just don't give up.
Whenever you feel like giving up just take a min or two and remember why you started it in first place.
I personally just imagine myself with my desired body for a few minutes before starting.
Also One thing I noticed is earlier I kept on saying 'I can't do it' like in my mind just seeing the exercise and I was like "oh no, I can't do that".
But then I changed it kept on repeating I can do it and guess what I was able to do it. It was all in my mind
Just believe in yourself guys.
You wanna do it, just do it doesn't matter how you do it.

I am in my late 40’s and moderately obese. My college age daughter started me on Cloe 4 weeks ago. When I started the warm up winded me. I have been repeating week one for 4 weeks just to get strong enough to finish a work out. Today I did every exercise in the warm up and the shred, even the plank walk for the first time using the low impact suggestion. When I started, I could not do a single plank. I have lost 10 pounds and a dress size. Hope to graduate to week 2.

Hey Chloe: I may be one of your oldest subscribers-I turned 60 years young this winter and I just completed the 28 day summer shred challenge with my son, who is 25! We both got good results. I lost an inch from the chest, 1.25 from the waist, 1.5 from the belly/lovehandles, and 1 inch from thighs (no loss from hips). My son lost 2.5 inches from his chest, an inch from his waist, an inch from his belly/LHs, half an inch from his hips and 1.5 inches from thighs! After some rest time off, we are going to try another of your programs to continue our progress. Thank you for making these excellent and free programs! It was painful at time, but so worth it!

Hi Chloe.
You gotta read my story and everyone else trying to lose weight.
Back in 2017 I was diagnosed with PCOS. I had gained 30 kgs in just 6 months and lost nearly the same amount of self confidence.
Ever since then, I had been on a hundred kind of diets and workout to lose weight. I tried everything I could but nothing worked.
Few months ago, my sister showed me your workouts and forced me to try atleast. No doubt being 85 kgs, they nearly killed me while doing. Initially, I did leaving 10 seconds extra at the end of every workout. Then gradually as I became stronger, I left 5 seconds and then 3seconds. 2 months after starting with your workouts, I started with a healthy eating resolution.
Today, I am 58 kgs almost, i.e. down by 27 kgs. But these are just the superficial benifits. Your workout and your way of presenting them has taught me valuable life skills.
First of all, I have started to love myself. Secondly, I got a never ending determination to go on without thinking about the fruits. I have realised that every body shape/size is good, all that's needed is love. Next, eating healthy is not a diet but a lifestyle that's sure to enhance every domain of our life.

@@ksuvarna9634 I followed Chloe's programs and the days on which I felt I did less exercise, I tried focusing on doing certain workouts by myself. Moreover, I tried focusing on my diet with a big no to processed foods. It took me nearly 6 months to loose 16 kgs.😃

I started doing these workouts again because I saw myself going back downhill mentally and physically and I remembered how good I used to feel and look after completing one of these workouts. I got way more toned after this and lost 1.2 kilos but I did have an irregular eating pattern. But the best thing about it is that I felt better about myself. I definitely recommend a strict diet along with this workout.

To everyone who's not sure if they're self esteem has improved or if they're actually losing weight; either one is good! Remember that improving mental health and self esteem reduces stress, which has a major impact on weight gain/physixal health. Without that stress on your body, it will be much easier to become healthier and lose weight! Trust the process!

Hello. I am here to share my progress and my results.
So lemme first tell you about myself. I am an 18 year old Indian girl and a student. I am not at all fit , I was neither into exercising or dieting before but my body reached an alarming state so just began with this challenge.
So yeah tomorrow is day 14 of the challenge which means I am halfway through..yeaahhh!! Now since I am so unfit I am unable to do all the videos and yeah I do not push myself extremely and yes I am not dieting currently.
I am not hoping to see any magnificient results but hoping to get stronger and fitter. Taking baby steps towards my goals.
And yes I am not going to post my measurements here. Sorry but I will definitely type up my result in some way.

Hey everyone! For those of you who have written down so many supportive comments thank you so much! I tried to do Chloe's summer shred challenge about 20 times and each time I would quit. It would be either way too hard for me or after 1 workout my laziness would hit me and I would not do it again. Thanks to this awesome community, I was about to face my laziness and decided to get it over! And damn do I feel amazing!! (also very sore ^^). For those of you going through the same thing, you can absolutely do it!!! Take you time and there's no shame in stopping for an extra break or doing the easier version of the exercise! Trust me if the laziest person in the world (aka Me!) can do it! So can you!!!!!! - Also thank you Chloe for these free amazing workouts!!

I am sick of being constantly unfit and self conscious; i currently live in the UK and I planned to do a workout during the first lockdown but I was too lazy i'll admit it, which im not proud of.
So here i am, third lockdown and im going to change things around, i'll come back everyday to document how each workout went (I am currently "attempting" the 28 day summer shred challenge)
As of currently:
-I weigh somewhere around 100-107 kg (I dont have any scales anymore as they got threw out due to them being broken)
- my height is 5ft 8"

- 102 cm waist
- 105 cm chest area (bust?)
- 69 cm thighs

*Day 1:* The burn is real TwT but the cool down stretches are so soothing, yeah I've realised how unfit I am but I realised im really flexible and I cant wait to improve over time!!

Ok I’m doing this challenge!
so ya I’ll give you my progress and what I started out as and EVERYTHING. before I start tho, I want you to know that I am a NATURALLY very skinny person, I was looking for a way to tone my body and gain a couple pounds from muscle weight, so do not think I was doing this bc I was “fat”. I’m also in my early teens so I should be weighing around the weight or a little more.
Measurments:
Arms~ 10 inches
Thighs~ 15.5 inches
Waist- 24.5 inches
Hips~ idk I’ll have to check I’ll update ASAP
Booty~ I’ll have to check as well
Weight~ 80 pounds
Day 1: ✅ The first video was super hard for some reason, but I did it, and it felt really good to complete it.
Day 2: ✅ Today was an active rest day but I still did Chloe’s ab workout because of quarantine I wasn’t very “active” so the best way I found to be active was just to workout!
Day 3: ✅ Done, omg today was a buttload of working out and I was soooo sore but I did it!

I have been really depressed in quarantine and have gained a lot of weight recently so I'm trying to go back to what I weighed 2 years ago! Keep me motivated and accountable please!! :) I'm on Day 5 right now of the summer shred. (I started it a couple times before but stopped, but now I really really want to get out of this depression I'm in right now)

goal weight: 160
day 5: 181lbs! ive lost 6lbs already!!! the workouts are SO much easier than before and I dont take as many rests (im still hella sweaty at the end though) the arm workout was killer on day 3 but I'm feeling stronger and I haven't done any new measurements on my waist but it looks smaller already!!!
*EDIT* I did stop doing the challenge because I got really busy, but Ive officially lost 10lbs as of today. I left a reply below if you want to read it more in depth!! I stopped on Day 12 because I got busy, but to anyone else that stops and feels bad about it... DONT! this is a very difficult/traumatic time for everyone so be easy on yourself. love yourself! I have been biking or swimming in the pool to still get some exercise but I may start this challenge again soon! it's a lifestyle change just remember that guys :) thanks for your support

if you really can’t do the exercise just jog on the spot or do high knees/low impact high knees! just stick through to the end of the video, even if that means only doing 15 seconds on each exercise or skipping a few exercises :) you’ll only get stronger!!

All Videos completed - I have sport again today and my arms are killing me. Tomorrow I will do a weigh in to see if there are any improvements mid week. I will be measuring every 7 days. I’ve eaten better as well so I think I might lose weight but we will see.

Active Rest Day - I had school today so I did some walking while there but other than that I didn’t really do anything. I’m at 63.3 because of a large meal I had last night but I did lose 0.1kg which isn’t much but it’s something. I was at 62.0kg yesterday so it does work I just had a large meal yesterday.
Day 5 = ✅
All Videos completed - My waist looks like it is getting smaller so that is cool. I can also see abs starting to form too which is exciting. Today was the hardest but I still felt somewhat alive at the end of it. I have sport later as well.

All videos Completed - I cannot believe I even made a week doing these workouts. Today I dreaded doing them but I did anyway and I feel so much better about myself once I’ve done them. I have an active rest day tomorrow so I will update results then so I can start on week 2.

All Videos Completed - I was more motivated today and I got tired towards the third video but I kept going. I was shocked at how much weight I lost overnight at the start of the week so my motivation this week is to see if I can do the rest of this week without giving up.

All Videos Completed - It took me ages to complete even though there were just three videos because I had to keep stopping and Starting but I finished them.
Day 11 = ✅
Active Rest Day - I ate quite a bit today but I feel better because of it.
Day 12 = ✅
All Videos Completed - I was able to do the videos without any breaks today, albeit the low impact ones. I forgot to weigh myself yesterday but I weigh 62.1 kg because I ate like a pig yesterday because we finally had some nice food in the house.
Day 13 = ✅
All Videos Completed - My legs were in so much pain today but I got through it. I will update measurements tomorrow for you but I don’t think I’ve lost anything this week but my mentality has got stronger.

Edit: i’m six days in and i’m seeing major improvements in strength. I’m much better at finishing the workouts. As for results, i see a little. I’ve worked out in the past and i’m slowly seeing the muscle that i one had come back!

I just came to a sudden realization...I had spent 6 hours of my life at school being mentally tormented so why can't I spend at least 20 minutes being physically tormented instead???

doing this challenge for as long as i can!!
my weight at the moment is 68.4kg and my goal is to get at 57kg
disclaimer: i walk for at-least an hour everyday
day 1: it wasn't easy but i could get through it! I did some of the low impact exercises, and i took a little bit longer breaks. I'm pouring sweat!
day 2: was really hard, but i pushed through it. i had to take longer breaks and change to low impact on some of them.
- i stopped for like 6 days, because i went on vacation, started my period, and got sick. -
day 3: super tired, took long breaks, bodies sore, sweating like crazy, and shaking badly. i couldn't finish it, but i did walk for around 35 minutes beforehand.
day 4: I'm sweating, but i 'm starting to like the burn, i am getting unmotivated though!! but i succeeded! i had to take breaks still, but i didn't do as many low impact workouts. i will do yoga, or daisy keech hourglass abs!!
A tip for everyone wanting to start this challenge but are overwhelmed by some of the workouts. I'm currently doing the 2 week shred challenge and to prepare for it I took a week to just practice the workouts at my own pace. This really helps because doing the workouts correctly AND not overexerting yourself are super important. And learn how to breathe/engage your core, Chloe has a video on that, it makes the workouts easier handle. I'm rooting for everyone who is doing this challenge and remember how you feel during this challenge matters wayyy more than the numbers on the scale. 💓
This is kinda some attention lmao. But also another tip, I know chloes workouts are hard and tiring. What I do so that I don’t pass out is take a 10 min break in between every video and eat something (and ofc it has to be healthy😔 during the challenge you need to have a well balance diet to get the best results but this doesn’t mean to not eat anything or starve yourself.)

Isabella Messes rink I actually practiced doing one video for a week and then added another for the next week to see if my body could handle it. And then started the challenge. And yes I’ve seen results. But it truly depends on the person im 5”4 and weigh about 120. Sorry for the long reply but I just want u to understand so u can get the results you want 💓

@@krosex4073 you have to go to her website, the link is in the description. She has a bunch of different workout plans on there. Once you click on a plan, an entire schedule will pop up for 2-4 weeks with certain videos you have to complete each day along with rest days. GOOD LUCK!

Ever since covid started, i had been eating really unhealthy and getting really unfit. I had gained 15 pounds. I was tired of being called fat or unhealthy. day 1: my stomach fluids gave me cramps LOL but finished all five videos!
day 2: done and felt less motivated today but finished it. obvi no results yet
day 3: i didn’t do any workout today because i’m on my period (yay) and i had a migrain all day:( oops
day 4: i did day 3 since i couldn’t complete it yesterday and i finished! no progress yet but i’m starting to drink green tea two times a day:))
day 5: today was so tough on me idk why. but no results yet but definitely burning a lot of calories and getting my BPM up:)
day 6: sooo good today
day 7: i think my stomach is flatter but i cant tell:/ but ik i will see progress soon

i haven’t done these videos in days. i’ve talked to someone who knows a lot about this stuff and i’ve decided to change my workouts. these workouts CAN help anyone lose weight and gain muscle with a PROPER diet. personally, i like to do my own workout for my ideal body shape. just because i am stopping this particular program doesn’t mean YOU need to. I am NOT giving up, just changing what i’m doing. im so sorry to disappoint all of you but just know i’m doing what feels best for my body and my health. thank you for continuing to support me, and i wish all of you good luck. keep going, do not give up! Daily updates here:
Day 1- super winded. I workout everyday in the gym and this was so hard for me. Feeling super insecure in my mind. Can’t wait to see more confidence mentally as I progress! Day two here I come:).
Day 2: killed me
- took a few days rest because personal reasons
Day 3: hard to have motivation but I did it, feeling mentally better after working out
Day 4: rest day
Day 5: about to get my period so I want really feeling it tbh but I got up and did it anyways, even if all of them weren’t full out. But it’s getting a little bit easier each day.
