- Do not fear, nor be wary of this BOOST practice. This session will provide. We will begin with some workshopping on the floor, continuing to explore and establish a core connection. Core connection that is sustainable and truly serves. You will also get a little internal organ massage, boosting the health of the organs and the immune system. Who else will be able to say that they received that today?
We work with a pranayama called Breath Of Fire today. Fair warning, animals/pets love this one.

I followed your 30-day yoga challenge as a New Years resolution 3 years ago when I was getting over a divorce, I had no hopes in affording college, no plans for my future, and lived in a roach infested trailer with my mom.
Today I am a yoga instructor in both Vinyasa and Yin, I’m a massage therapist, and am currently attending college with a business major. My mother and I are living in the state of my dreams (CO) living the best life I never could imagine.
I thank you for pulling me out of that darkness and showing me that yoga is more than just physical discipline.

i feel like adriene consistently filming in the same room really adds to the “home vibe” and brings this practice closer to the heart, at least for me. over the years i’ve sweat, smiled, cried, and experienced so many raw emotions through yoga and to see adriene showing up to the same mat in the same room every day feels a lot like doing yoga with an old friend. it serves as a nice reminder that i don’t have to travel halfway around the world to find peace and that i don’t need to pay for a gym membership for a workout, and so much more. all the tools i need to have a human experience are right here with me at home 😌

My cat, who was just chilling in the sun beforehand, went fully insane when I did the breath of fire ahah. She was rolling and wriggling on the floor while looking at me then did a 360 loop of me on the mat 😂 I wonder why they find it so exciting!
BOOST was like a long sip of water when I did not know my body was thirsty🙏🏽🧚🏽♀️

In the last few minutes I was lying down on the mat with my eyes closed and I thought "everything's going to be alright". It just came to me.
I suddenly started laughing and then crying. I felt a HUGE relief spreading through my body. It was truly amazing. I'm deeply moved by this practice. I thought it was a good one but now I can't describe it. I don't even understand what happened.
But I'm grateful. Thank you so, so much.

Hello my loves, fun fact here. Abdominal breathing is super important for your circulatory system! Breathing deeply into your abdomen is called the abdominal pump and it creates a more intensive vacuum than usual in your body. This increased blood return to the heart and then, by some fancy laws, also increases blood flow out of it. So what you’re actually doing when you breathe deeply into your tummy is increasing lymphatic circulation (decreasing inflammation), increasing waste disposal from cells, and increasing oxygen flow throughout the entire body. Keep breathing lovingly!

I was feeling sad that this 30 day journey is almost over. But then I thought, is it really? We can still practice everyday. Going straight into DEDICATE from HOME. Thanks to Adrienne my commitment and love of yoga has returned. I will not allow myself to lose it or me again. So, yes, I will keep practicing daily.🧘

Yoohoo!! I can clearly see my "Home" from here. We're almost there everyone. I doubted myself when I got on the mat today due to what appears to be tardiness but then I remembered the principle of "do it so you feel like it," so I am now facing the voice in my head telling me not to do the practice because I'm "tired" and doing it anyway. Fight through everybody, this is where the growth happens, at the times we appear to be struggling the most. Thank you, Adriene for the inspiring practice. This is truly a test of faith in myself. I am now even more committed after seeing how far I've come. Namaste.

You can go with Dedicate next. That one is quite fun, and relaxing. It is a bit sad that we are almost done. I was on Dedicate Day 8 when this one was coming out, so I stopped there, and was going to continue after this is over.

Every day I come to the “mat” (I’ve been using a beach towel, the mat I would like to get is out of stock for the moment) I have a wonderful experience. Not one day have I regretted taking these 20-30 minutes for myself. I’m so glad that I found you, Adriene, during this time of uncertainty. Yoga has been the only certainty in my life for the last few weeks. Today’s practice made me feel so loved and when we were laying at the end with the music creeping in I began to tear up. I’m not even sure why, I just felt such a sense that everything was going to be alright. Thank you so much for everything you provide here for free. 🙏🏻
DAY 21, Honestly guys, I didn't think I could make it this long in a daily practice and I'm already feeling and seeing changes in my body and mind. It took me 20 days to figure out what “pelvis” is. Every time you said “head over heart, heart over pelvis” I thought pelvis is some kind of inner energy in my belly. Then I searched the word out of curiosity.... #notanative
I've experienced YWA for a fifth consecutive "30 days" and I still forget the meaning of this word. I swear, every time I'm like "who is Elvis?"

Yesterday's "Still" practice colored my whole day in the most beautiful way. I celebrated stillness in small moments while walking a dog that wanted to sniff a tree for a while, while stopped at a red light, while meditating in the evening. I'm so proud of myself and everyone who has made it this far!
Did this to start off my birthday this morning and I was not disappointed!💕
It is 5:00 am here in India. I have been trying to wake up early for several months now and today I finally did it! As I woke, I was automatically excited to go forward with my day 21 yoga. This is my first 30 day yoga and I only discovered Adrienne a month back. I am so grateful to have found you. The impact you've had in my life in just a month is crazy and I am so blessed! THANK YOU ADRIENE!
This day taught me that no matter how far I get on the journey home, I'll still feel lost sometimes. I'll still start some practices with tears streaming down my face, and that's totally fine. Once again I'm stepping off the mat feeling light and refreshed. In some ways, these days are the best, since they make it so clear just how much difference some deep breaths can make. There is true power in showing up for yourself even when it's hard, even when you don't feel like it. That's where growth happens. One day at a time! I'm doing yoga six months now and it really is changing my life. I have fallen off the yoga wagon a couple of times along the way and didn't do any for the whole 2 weeks over Christmas. I felt it though, both in my body and my mind. I use a couple of tricks to keep me going.... I try to look forward to the feeling I get when I'm finished, instead of dwelling on having to do it... and I always watch the video first which usually gets me excited about doing it. I don't always succeed (I missed yesterday by total accident haha!) but I am thanking myself for sticking with it. Everything is better when you do yoga daily... body, mind, spirit. Namaste!

Adriene, I have been practicing with you for 2 years now. Today I thought how I wished I had found you years ago, when I was a teenager, how my life would have been different! I suffered abuse when I was a girl and have been anxious ever since I can remember . But when I found you and when I discoved yoga my life completely changed! Thank you for all you do, we all love you very much, I quote you all the time and find you and your words everywhere, they are now all in my heart forever! Wow, this is a beautiful and empowering comment, showing how much insight you gained about the practice, yourself and life. You really said it well. I noticed the same thing when I'm in my yoga class, I follow the guideline of the teacher, but I also attend to my body needs when they arise. I never did that before, too uncomfortable of being noticed or told to do as said. I don't care now, I feel good enough in my skin to do as I feel, in life too. This is liberating.And funnily enough, sometimes I seem to anticipate what movement is coming next in the class, hehe! Thank you for your great comment Sara!

I missed a few days and I'm feeling really bad about it...I really thought I could do this entire practice live but I'm still here! Trying to stay as positive about myself as I can be!
I will say this morning I was not wanting to get out of bed to leave its warmth! It's cold down here in the Sunshine State eep(for us Floridians anyways)- but I told myself I set my alarm the time I did to do yoga.
Glad I did. There's construction going on near where I live and has just been noisey as heck. However it's early enough today I hear all the normal sounds of the morning. Cars zipping by, birds chirping, the sound of the wind. Grateful for that so much.
Life feels possible again thanks to you Adriene. Thank you. The feeling of hope has been restored to me again. Your the only yoga teacher that has really healed me on so many levels so quickly. I read someones comment saying you are an earth angel. You really are such a gift. All I wana do is share you with everyone, it is impossibled not be healed in someone or another after one video of yours!! Your magic :) seriously thank you. I hope you know how amazing you are! Day 21 - Boost! It was a really great exercise, but being on the first day of my period I had a hard time struggling to lie on my back and hug the knees into the chest so I adjusted here and there. It's weird feeling so super relaxed while having this insane painful cramps 😂 This is a sensation I've never experienced since I'd always skip yoga on the first few days 🙈 First time for everything I guess 😋 Have a great one everyone! On a lighter note, you were right; pets love that breathing technique. My pup stopped what he was doing and stared at me with the most intense, inquisitive look I’ve ever seen on him. With a cocked head and perked ears...adorable that we can share yoga with our pets. Thank you.
Having overdone it on a run last night and tossing and turning all night with a sore hip I was apprehensive about getting on the map today but this practise was exactly what I needed this morning. My hip feels better and I am ready for the day! I may even do it again tonight when I get home. Loving this HOME journey

I can’t believe I’ve managed to stick to this program every single day. This is the firs, totally voluntary, completely for me, thing I’ve done with this much consistency in my adult life. One of my earlier mantras were “I can do this and I can do anything.” It got me through those planks weeks ago and now I realize the full truth in that statement. Thank you, Adriene!

When I put my hands on my belly I felt I'm praying! 😂 This is the pose we do when praying everyday so I can't help it but to laugh during the exercise, I'll consider this a "boost" lol.

I didn't give up on the core work like I often do. I focused on my breath and made it through. What else can I do that I've given up on?
I am so loving this series. I have the hardest time getting my belly to expand when I breathe in. All the air only goes into my lungs. When I breathe out I can expand the belly though. Any tips? I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Btw Adriene we haven't done any dedicated breathing practice like Ujayee or alternative nasals we slightly did some parayama ( I know all the spelling is missed up lol ) so is coming in the next days ?
This journey home has made me tear up a few times but today hit me hard. I stopped this 30 day journey for about 2 weeks from being sick and then just got out of the routine and omg did it affect me in every way. Today was my first day back on and it was everything I needed to hear and feel today. Something silly set me off right before I started and Adriene said let it go and I did like a little baby lol. Thank you for being you, Adriene. Yoga is just so much more than yoga. ❤️❤️

This practice was exactly what I needed! The last two days of practice, I've had a lot of difficulty finding my breath and felt like I was just going through the motions (although still proud of myself for showing up, regardless). Today's practice helped me find my breath again and I felt like I was able to really reap the benefits. Thank you so much for your dedication to yoga and its ability to change lives!

You have no idea how wonderful this practice was today. My mother recently had a stroke and I spent the day in the car with my mother driving to her neurologist. This was a wonderful way to unwind from the stress. Thank you
