- Join me for my newest 30-Day Pilates mat series called Balance! This series will kick off on January 1st, and will be all about finding a balance between strength AND mobility. We continually strive for this idea of balance in pilates since a strong, mobile body is key to long-term health. We'll work on this idea of balance throughout each class and throughout the entire series.
This upper body workout focuses mostly on the triceps, shoulders and back. We'll strengthen and tone as well as mobilize this area of the body. No props needed -- just you and your mat!
