  • Join me for my newest 30-Day Pilates mat series called Balance! This series will kick off on January 1st, and will be all about finding a balance between strength AND mobility. We continually strive for this idea of balance in pilates since a strong, mobile body is key to long-term health. We'll work on this idea of balance throughout each class and throughout the entire series.
    This pilates core class focuses on strengthening our core center, including our abdominals, back and glutes.

    Wow I liked this very much. Almost done day 27😊 I do also the 30 days yoga with adriene. It fits nice toghether ❤ from holland
