Day 30 of 30: Full Body Stretch - Balance Series (Pilates for Strength & Mobility)

- Join me for my newest 30-Day Pilates mat series called Balance! This series will kick off on January 1st, and will be all about finding a balance between strength AND mobility. We continually strive for this idea of balance in pilates since a strong, mobile body is key to long-term health. We'll work on this idea of balance throughout each class and throughout the entire series.
In this full body stretch class, we'll hold static stretches while deepening the breath. If you are completing the 30 Day Series, this last day of the series will give you a chance to reflect on the past 30 days and how far you've come! If you're not completing the series, this is a great full body stretch class on it's own.

Hi, Cailin! I finished this series during a difficult time, it took me a couple of extra weeks but I feel better, more grounded, flexible and motivated than before. I will continue to work out with you and work with myself. Thank you so much for teaching the movements with compassion and providing encouragement, replacements and different levels. I was pleasantly surprised at how much easier some repeated moves and positions got towards the end. Can't wait to do more❤

Oh wow, Nancy. First, I'm so sorry that you are going through such a hard time right now. I know how difficult it is to get motivated and show up during those times, and I am so very proud of you for doing that... and you should be proud of yourself!
