    It’s fantastic to see you’re back! I’ve been keeping up with classes by repeating my favourites and am grateful to see you posting again 😃. I enjoyed this class with familiar moments and the addition of explanation of the opposing forces. This helps me understand what I should experience in my body as I move. Thanks again - you’re an awesome instructor.

    Thank you so much for this course! Especially it helped me that you gave so much instruction on how to target the center of the body. I'm looking forward to the next videos as I'm low on energy atm and this one was doable and so good against back pain.

    This was very helpful. I really learned and felt the learning. I welcome more explanations about why we do each exercise. For example, I don't feel much when we are on our belly and kicking our legs toward our back. I get the lifting whole body part, but WHT the hamstring kicking?
