Hi Cailin, could you perhaps post a video with reformer exercises without reformer at home? 😅 Is it possible to have some form of modified exercises when we don't own a reformer? Thank you
Hi! Thanks for your question! I do have a video on my channel that uses a stretchy band to mimic many of the reformer exercises on the mat - ruclips.net/video/dnTkUJDop7A/видео.html
A band is great to add to mat exercises to create a similar type of resistance feel to what you would get from the reformer. So you could also check out many of the other resistance band workouts on my channel as well!
