you reduce the beat error from the collet inside the balance? or 1.5 beat error is fine?

I left it like that. here the regulation is quite complicated. ideal should be 0, 0.5 is acceptable. but this is not an atomic clock. it's only one millisecond difference, in my opinion it is acceptable for such an old watch

Is the axle of your Pearl straight? Mine had a slight bend in it, cant seem to get in contact with the ebay seller though. Not that that’s a suprise 😅
