Probably not many people will see this but if I had to give one piece of advice to anyone following this challenge is to focus on the quality if your workout rather than on how many reps you do. I play volleyball and my coach plays volleyball for the national team and he always says that it's better to do less and better instead of doing more but badly. Hopefully someone reads this and I would like to apologize in advance for my English! It's my second language and sorry if it's not the best!
I am telling this to myself all the time throughout the workouts. I have bad knees and a weak lower back / hips so I really have to focus on stabilizing them properly.
That advice is very true. I have bad knees and pain in pretty much all joints because of arthritis so I focus on doin what I can well. An even though is not as many or as fast as on the video, by doing it properly I can feel it in my muscles afterwards
I just want to say whoever is trying her challenges or just doing her workout in general, you're doing a great job! Not many people can have as much determination as you. You're trying to reach your goals, I'm Soo proud of you
To anyone who just started doing this program, you got this. It might seem hard at first, but it'll get better. I already completed this program once, now i am doing this once again. I have lost about 4 kg in two weeks. My goal is to lose four more. I didn't follow any hard diet, but maintained a calorie deficit and intermittent fasting. You will get the results you want too.❤

Way too rushed for day one! come on! You should also demonstrate each exercise as well before doing them a few times then start the timer to do the exercise. This was way too rushed on Day 1 slow down the pace and give people a bit more time in between exercises. If people are just starting out on day 1 they are not going to be fit as you. Now I am reasonably fit and I had a hard time following along. Slow it down a bit and do more examples BEFORE each exercise! A good trainer can adapt a speed for most of the people. Not just her own! This workout is customized for her fitness level and comfort not everyone else.
@@SpeakOut17 She should give you more time in between probably at least 1 min. Her pace in this video is out of control and set more for her comfort level and fitness level. She should slow it down in her workouts so people don't have to pause the video.
a friend was supposed to do this workout with me. i texted and called her several times but no answer, and i found out that she had been talking to her other friend all night even though we had planned to do this together. she had just been ignoring my calls and texts even though she was on her phone. i did the workout by myself (crying during most of it) and i'm finally done for the day. these comments made me feel so welcomed and i am so proud of everyone who was strong enough to do this workout. love u all and keep going

hafsa rasheed It was definitely difficult to say the least but completely worth it. I’m not sure what my measurements were before the two weeks because I refused to see how big I actually was. However after the two weeks I certainly noticed a difference. I feel stronger and way more capable now. I took a bit of a break afterwards but now I’m doing the 30 day flat abs challenge and I actually measured myself before this time. Chloe tings workouts are amazing and if you remember to engage your core and refuse to give up you’ll achieve amazing results.
Fatima Faisal yes don’t give up! All the pain and soreness will be worth it when you wake up one day soon and realize you achieve your goals. What really motivated me was the feeling of accomplishment I had everyday after working out. I started these two weeks working out to lose weight and hated it but by the end of the two weeks I worked out because I loved working out and didn’t even care if I was losing weight. All of us are capable of making the positive changes we want. Just remember at the end of the day the only person who is preventing us from succeeding is ourselves.

This so my last day of this challenge, so I just wanted to tell you that it’s OK if you skip a day or two, or if you don’t do all the videos because if you were someone who didn’t work out every day like me doing this challenge, then it’s a big commitment from going from no days of working out to every day working out so give yourself a break! Claire Myers yes that’s right you can see the schedule on her website. For example on the first day you have to follow the weight loss video and the 2 weeks abs video, but on day three you have to complete four video’s (including this one)

I’ve done this challenge a few times over the years and this time I don’t like this workout at all. I think it’s because by the time I get to it I’m tapped out from the other 2 videos!
Heyyyy guys so I just finished the 2 WEEKS SHRED CHALLENGE and here are : MY RESULTS🥰 -lost 3 inches on my waist -lost 1.5 inches on my hips -lost 7 pounds in total!!! If you are thinking on trying this or are already started then I recommend these workouts so much and I hope you keep going !!!! I will do it twice a day It's my third day of this exercise with other exercises day 1: It was very difficult ✅ day 2: It was also difficult, but not like the first day, and there was a difference that I could almost see ✅ Day 3: Good, there was a slight difference ✅
Some of you might be thinking abt giving up but dont because everyone’s body is different and if you’re too tired take a break its okay working out and losing weight is a marathon and you just have to run until you reach the end YOU CAN DO IT!!!
My experience: I did the 2020 Summer Shred Challenge and I lost 10 pounds (4.6 kgs) (I am 16yrs old My starting weight was 151 (January 6 2022) and after the challenge my weight was 140 (February 7 2022) and I am currently doing the 2019 2 Weeks Shred Challenge (Feb 10 = my 3rd day) You can do it guys :)

Running to my classes all the time or from walking hallways walking all the way to the last floor to gym class the only class on the 5th floor I HAD GYM everyday as class it was my first class too & walking up n down to my classes cuz lunch is in second floor n two classes are only if u have them I only had one last semester tht same semester I had health class in 1st floor .2nd semester all my classes were downstairs Bt gym was 5th floor cuz there’s two gyms we share the gyms with the other school sometimes depending ur schedule we don’t have to share sometimes u do share w other school Bt yea

I’ve started the 2 week shred challenge, im currently on my 3rd day. It’s so easy to give up when I feel like I can’t do it, but I’ve been improving everyday. Trust me I still die after doing these workout videos cause I learned that unless you don’t really engage and squeeze your muscles you won’t get results. All of these exercises were designed to target a specific group of muscles

Eversince I looked back on the date when I started to workout, I get this too. Now I'm on my 10th day! Which is also the longest time I was able to keep doing workouts since I usually gave up before because of no determination to continue anymore. I'm proud of myself for not giving up. I've been coming back to this particular video again and again over the past 4 years and whether it's to increase my general fitness, to gain back muscle after foot injuries and not being able to use one leg for months or even to ease slight knee pain, this always does the trick quickly. I also adore that there's low impact versions bc I don't dare do anything involving jumping anymore. Thank you so so much Chloe!

So u shouldn't do this same vid everyday for 2 weeks. It's part of a program not the whole program! That's why lots of people won't see any change. Information for this people who have done it for 2 weeks and see no change:☹ - It's not only about the workout, it's about your life style! If you are not eating healthy, slowly and on time, if u r not drinking enough water, if u r not getting enough sleep, and if u r not doing the workouts properly and the way she describes(focus on breathing), that's why u see no change. - And remember, there will be days that u will feel fat and heavy it's ok(it can be bcz of bloating also), also once u finish or during this challenge u will gain weight which is ok that is muscle gain not fat. -you may feel tired during doing the workout, take break but don't quit or stop! -try not to skip even a single day, if u skip, try to skip at least one day not more than it. -u can take break during ur periods if u have no energy to do, and even if u do it while being on ur period, it's ok. I didn't take any measurements at starting but this workout toned me alot 💖💖 I tried many other workouts for my legs but none of them worked. Her workouts suites me alot and therefore in a month my legs toned as hell by doing just this workout and half hour walk.I also controlled my calories a bit but not any kinda diet. today is my third day and i wanted to quit it but reading your message motivated me: "taking control finally of how my body looks"
hafsa rasheed It was definitely difficult to say the least but completely worth it. I’m not sure what my measurements were before the two weeks because I refused to see how big I actually was. However after the two weeks I certainly noticed a difference. I feel stronger and way more capable now. I took a bit of a break afterwards but now I’m doing the 30 day flat abs challenge and I actually measured myself before this time. Chloe tings workouts are amazing and if you remember to engage your core and refuse to give up you’ll achieve amazing results.
Fatima Faisal yes don’t give up! All the pain and soreness will be worth it when you wake up one day soon and realize you achieve your goals. What really motivated me was the feeling of accomplishment I had everyday after working out. I started these two weeks working out to lose weight and hated it but by the end of the two weeks I worked out because I loved working out and didn’t even care if I was losing weight. All of us are capable of making the positive changes we want. Just remember at the end of the day the only person who is preventing us from succeeding is ourselves.

This so my last day of this challenge, so I just wanted to tell you that it’s OK if you skip a day or two, or if you don’t do all the videos because if you were someone who didn’t work out every day like me doing this challenge, then it’s a big commitment from going from no days of working out to every day working out so give yourself a break! I have been doing this program for two months and I actually got abs. Like an 11 line with squeezing and a 6 pack with squeezing
Trust me I still die after doing these workout videos cause I learned that unless you don’t really engage and squeeze your muscles you won’t get results. All of these exercises were designed to target a specific group of muscles
My thighs still the biggest part of my body but It got a little toned and my butt raised up and I have less cellulite

I've been coming back to this particular video again and again over the past 4 years and whether it's to increase my general fitness, to gain back muscle after foot injuries and not being able to use one leg for months or even to ease slight knee pain, this always does the trick quickly. I also adore that there's low impact versions bc I don't dare do anything involving jumping anymore. Thank you so so much Chloe!

@@elenachaves4090 I'm assuming you're referring to Chloe Ting's 2 weeks summer shred challenge? Yes. You have to follow ALL videos, unless you don't want to do the "optional" workout videos. You must complete all videos on her program. It's how the program works love ❤️

- This video is one of the videos of 2 weeks shred challenge, which u can find the free program on her site, the link is available in the description. So u shouldn't do this same vid everyday for 2 weeks. It's part of a program not the whole program! That's why lots of people won't see any change.
Information for this people who have done it for 2 weeks and see no change:☹
- It's not only about the workout, it's about your life style!
If you are not eating healthy, slowly and on time, if u r not drinking enough water, if u r not getting enough sleep, and if u r not doing the workouts properly and the way she describes(focus on breathing), that's why u see no change.
- And remember, there will be days that u will feel fat and heavy it's ok(it can be bcz of bloating also), also once u finish or during this challenge u will gain weight which is ok that is muscle gain not fat.
-you may feel tired during doing the workout, take break but don't quit or stop!
-try not to skip even a single day, if u skip, try to skip at least one day not more than it.
-u can take break during ur periods if u have no energy to do, and even if u do it while being on ur period, it's ok.
Information for those people who are asking about the results:
-it really works! I promise!
U will see the changes, if not soon but for sure. Be patient and consistent.
- if u wanna get amazing results, repeat the challenge but after one week. Keep doing it for 3 or 2 months and u will see the amazing results!
Note: all the written information is based on my own experience. I've been doing this challenge since 2020!
And I am no longer fat, indeed I have a great body and shape!

Im on day 8 and I gained weight during, and now I'm Unmotivated to complete the challenge 😭 I feel stronger and always in a good mood after the workout so I'll do it for that

I didn't take any measurements at starting but this workout toned me alot 💖💖 I tried many other workouts for my legs but none of them worked.
Her workouts suites me alot and therefore in a month my legs toned as hell by doing just this workout and half hour walk.I also controlled my calories a bit but not any kinda diet.
I will keep on doing your workouts since results are worth it.
