I take electrolytes and eat plenty of protein. The only solution for me is homemade rice cakes. I’m open to any suggestions or recommendations.

58yo woman 20 kgs or 25 max to lose. I've had 'fascite plantaire' (excuse my French 😋😉) for over 6 months, really painful, every morning or every time I sit and then stand up. I just realised yesterday that pain is not there anymore. Yesterday noon I took 2 spoonfuls of carbs (couscous grains), and today I sinned again with a few spoonfuls of couscous and one teaspoon of brown sugar in my coffee. I slept a bit because when I eat fatty lamb it makes me sleep. I stood up after my nap and felt the pain in my heels. I can't believe it. I think I need to go back on lots of fatty meat, butter, eggs and water, and after a week or 10 days, try some carbs again 6sre if that pain in my heels comes back. Otherwise I have noticed I'm calm and in a good mood and sleep well. Thank you for your precious time educating people 🌻Dr Chaffee.

I've only been doing keto for a week, and already have tons of energy. I rode my bike for about 10 miles the other day and didn't even feel out of breath. I eat meat, dairy, fruits, and vegetables. Fruit has carbs, but it's not the same thing as bread, pizza, pasta, cereal, rice, potatoes.

Thank you Prof Noakes. I completed 5 marathons in 5 days completely fasted after being a student of yours for years. I did this to demonstrate how much energy we ALL have when we are fat adapted. All I did was put your work into practice. Oh - and I’d never done a marathon before doing this. 🥩💪🏆🙏

Awesome interview and information. I’m 65 and 6 months carnivore and I’m hoping to get my activity level way up so I can do another savage race with my sons.
“Nazi Science” was a term the FA Hayek used in his book Road to Serfdom to describe how “science” served the Nazi agenda as opposed to being a pure search for truth.
I had heard that Prof Noakes was essentially cancelled and I now have the full story.
