Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This yogic sleep technique calms the nervous system and activates the parasympathetic (relaxation, rest & digest) response.

I’ve had 4 different lengths of your videos on rotation for about a month since I learned about yoga nidra from the Huberman Lab podcast…. I decided to try this as a new one today and it’s now my favorite. Had an emotional moment that brought tears to my eyes where I truly felt “I accept myself just as I am” in how Mother Nature does exactly that throughout the entire world…. So very powerful. As a perfectionist, I feel I found a slice of healing today.

I am 60 & first learnt yoga nidra at age 16. Now suffering with menopause, anxiety, depression & sleeplessness at different times... With my life's deeper reflections surfacing, and the current world situation... I've been seeking the serenity of yoga nidra again. This meditation in particular, has been the closest to the one I was first ever guided thru. You have found your calling girl ! Thank You, for the peace you help me, & other people, to find.

These yoga nidra practices are so beneficial to my life. They start each day. Your voice brings deep relaxation and focus to the practice.
Just a thought to consider. Enjoy how our practices flow down the front of our bodies. It would be interesting to spend time to flow up the back of the body from heels to calves to hamstrings to glutes to tail bone and on up the sections of the spine to the head. We spend very beneficial time on our bodies frontal portions. Focusing on our “back” side would be interesting too.

7.28.22 7:15am. Gorgeous! I loved the imagery! I get a slight popping in my left phone on this practice, but still got very blissed out during the session. I may try different headphones or no headphones next time because I really enjoyed it.

This was so peaceful 💜 my Sankalpha really came through with such purity.

I am so glad I found you. I love you voice. It brings to me kindness.I work with my constant aggitation, feelings of insecurity and sleeplessness. It helps me.
