This is a lovely yoga nidra 🙏 but I found it difficult there isn’t a clear end to the practice before suggestions are made about journaling or looking for more information on the website; personally I find this intrusive, interrupting the state of calm and relaxation gained from the yoga nidra. I appreciate being gently brought back to myself with a phrase like: ‘this practice of yoga nidra is now complete. Namaste.’ It would be great if you could adjust the recording to clearly indicate the end of the practice. That way we can choose to ‘turn it off’ or continue to listen to your comments and further information. Thank you 🙏

Starting with 'loosen your jaw' first was extremely important for me. What I have difficulty with is relaxing the muscles in the temples and around the eyes - any suggestions for this? Thanks in advance!
