Last night I woke up at 2am full of anxiety and worry. Listened to your recording, having a hard time to relax but following your voice anyway. I was still fully awake at the end and decided to just rest. I fell into the most wonderful, therapeutic sleep and woke up 4 hours later refreshed and rejuvenated! The chime sounds after the talking was very soothing. Although it didn’t put me back to sleep it did bring my busy mind back to the breath. Loved the length.
I had a stroke in 2018 because I did not let my brain relax and rest I pushed it to the point if exhaustion and it took control by taking self out if the game do it could rest.2 years ago I fell and brokecmy armI never slept properly after that.Last night I slept all the way for 10 hours for the first time in 2 years.Thank you

These days sleep is so rare and waking hours are many, due to lack of sleep I listen to an hour of yoga nidra with you every morning at five, which as I understood is equal to three hours of sleep... is it true?
Who deserves the credit for the “ambience sound”? Too often the music can become a distraction, not a sleep aid. However in this case the composition is an excellent choice, genius is in its simplicity.🌹
I like this one the best now Christin… You had another two hour one that was fabulous. I’m about six or eight months ago, but you redid it… And I hate to say it, but I do not like the new one nearly as much is way too much in depth new ones talking in the first 20 minutes it really distracts me from going into the Delta waves state that you usually bring us into. With the vagus nerve and the mental anxiety and the short term rest and digest during the day And then this one to this one goes straight into getting us to soothe down and settle and not have a lot of extra fill and talk that don’t think it’s necessary to distract me but thank you don’t take this went down. This is the best of your sleep, insomnia ones.
Needs no thinking or paying attention just the opposite focus on relaxing body parts. Focus on breathing. From toes up or visa Versa. Training like any skills.
Noooo… the short one is not effective enough you’d really need that for minute and honestly the music at the end keeps me in a deep sleep.
