Hey bud, you did it again. Ya' just cost me 120.00 bucks!😂 I did use your link though. Thanks again for the heads up on a new product. It looks awesome! Your channel was my first rc subscribe almost two years ago, and it's still my favorite!
@@2fmrcyeah with how much is out with the scx24, copying is gonna happen to an extent. But I did notice the new cheat code looks awful close the the athos
Dunno. Wire out the back is awesome. But limiting it to a few axle mounts is not so good. Maybe deleting the mount all together and having a few separate mounts included that bolt onto the bottom. Or a few servo tray style ones that use a bolt on bracket to hold the servo in place. That might also give a nice bit of fore and aft adjustment. Thanks for the review Matt! Having a catch up binge! :D
One of my online RC resources just sent an email advertising the release of this servo. I was on the fence (my preference is the MoFo Black Label) until I watched your video, and just ordered one...my only surprise is the design to omit the servo mount didn't hit the market earlier given the SCX24 has been out for some time. Anyway, as always, you are my "go to" for information on mini/micro crawlers and your video did not disappoint. Thanks!
Hey billy. , 2fmrc just put up a post yesterday about one by eco power that is very similar to this one as well comes with a metal pinch style horn as well. Good times.
What they should do is make the bottom slotted and my then use screws to hold the piece that fits into the axle so you can adjust it forward and backward some
Looks like this Torq is more power powerful than the Eco Power. Torq FTW! I hate servo ears, and i really can't stand side-located wires, so this is definitely a good one. 3Flow9 has a rear-located-wire servo, great servo but those ears... Hopefully we can come up with a way to x15 mount this thing, or maybe Mofo will come up with an adjustable mount for these. Maybe the 3D guys will get on it?
Hey Matt, and anybody else reading this, can you ask your 3D buddies and see if there is possibly an adapter that can be figured out, even with some grinding to make this fit on the X15 axles? Thank you, much appreciated.
Heads up, just received mine but the screw to mount the servo horn didn’t fit/work. I had to rig a shorter screw with a stiff rubber O ring to keep the horn from sliding off the splines. Seems like there are not enough threads as the supplied screw only turns maybe one or two turns. Waiting to hear from Direct Rc.
@@2fmrc Apparently the batch of servos mine came from were sent out with the wrong set of screws.🙄They are working on getting the right ones. May return.
This is pretty cool but I don’t think will work in some body designs, I have some printed bodies that require an adjustable servo mount to shift the servo back. This looks like it will sit in the stock position.
What kind of steering link are you using? I tried hooking one of these up on stock axles with a hot racing metal steering link and it seems like the servo sitting a little bit higher than stock means the arm can't reach it properly. I tried using a longer horn to fix it and it didn't work.
Really cool but it sucks that somebody stole their ideal it's kind of a common thing it seems like cuz look mofo come up with the best Servo Mount Everest and there's several people that have copied his Servo mount I just don't know about this the longevity of the bracket and just it has to be a certain axle you know maybe it will work on LG RP and I might try it on them

I appreciate that sub more than you know man! Hope you love your new purchases. Keep me updated!
How’s the servo working? I got an emax currently and this one seems good
ECO Power did NOT steal the design. ECO power's plans were actually made before this servo. Both designers drew the plans around the same time.
Nice! Glad to hear it. Hard to tell these days. All these companies use the same stuff under a different name so much lol
@@2fmrc Yeah haha it's hard to tell what's a copy and when people just make similar products

@@brandonupchurch5015 that’s really why I just stopped messing with chassis’s much. Got tired of all the copy’s
@2fmrc yeah for sure. I just seen and I swore it was the atho until I read the description

Really appreciate that! It’s a genius idea for sure!
That's awesome that it mounts right to the axel......I'ma have to get one and try it I need a new build it's been awhile

When will we get a detailed video on those isokinetic axles?!?!

Really love this new style. Super stoked about the rear exit wires. The direct mount is just a bonus.
Nice, Matt. Swooped one up from your link.
Matt, will this mount to the AX24 axles?
These look great 👍
Awesome video hopefully it will fit they nylon portal axles

@@2fmrc Received correct in the mail not too long ago, all is good and this servo is great for the money!
Will these work on the meus axles you think?
I think so but I haven’t tried it yet
Unfortunately, no, they won't. I tried, and it does not fit the bolt pattern or over the pumkin.
Aww man that sucks owell gues I’ll put it on something diff i had a feeling it wouldn’t

Awesomeness!
what kind of shocks are you using?
Those are the nexxracing Trx4m shocks

How does it compare to mofo rc blacklabel 2.0?
By the specs it has quite a bit more power. You know how that goes. They could fudge a bit on specs but it definitely seems to be a monster.
ive been looking at this and have asked people how it mounts, yet no one can tell me. Will it work with lgrp axles ?
