Thanks Matt! Need a good servo for my Meus MB build and this looks good! Have to see what the price is to get one to Canada. Also LOVE you and Sophie's hydro dip!!!! Head of Paint Dept. position is filled! :)
That dipped body looks awesome!! Got me to thinking about some ideas for mine. A suggestion for achieving more squish on your tires. Use a drum sander on your Dremel and shave the sidewalls thinner. A cheap free mod that may work for you in this case.
@@skipmiller8309 thanks! I actually have a bit I made to connect mine to my drill and spin them on the concrete lol. I do this with my race tires & think I’m gonna start on the 1.0 crawler tires. I may make a video on it soon.
Having issues with the 1.3 inserts, not wanting to vent and squish on the ModuWheel Rainbow Beadlocks. Finally took them out and put the foams back in because I want to run the tires lol. Going to try to tinker with them here soon.
@@johnzoski8025 I have a set of the 1.3 rainbow wheels and stretched 1.0 pins onto them with stock foams and they work amazing. Being stretched they have less sidewall to roll but still have the soft hook up. You’ll probably like the foams on them.
I just put foam from crawler innovation in mine and now they work perfect dude they definitely are getting squished and they definitely conform to the Rocks but also on the outside of the lugs you got one big one for small ones or something like that I know you got a big one and three small ones in between and I cut one of them out of the middle and I don't know why but it helped
I was looking for reviews on this servo when I was buying it and only 1022s came up 😂 now this is the second video out with the 1011. But agreed with all you said. 29 bucks hard to beat feels pretty premiums to me over a stock v2 fms servo 🤷♂️
@@24Yepp yeah i definitely prefer black myself. They did at least start offering the 1022 in black so maybe this one will be next. Appreciate the comment 🙏
And tires are absolutely amazing if you get them set up right I put a whole crawler Innovation medium foam in the front and then I'm running inserts in the rear but I really think I'm going to change away from inserts completely because I've noticed just like yourself you get a lot of Bounce and anytime you're hopping like that you're losing traction
@@Gibsonlife573 been telling people this for years and they don’t wanna listen 😆 I absolutely hate an insert compared to a good dual stage foam. Problem is it’s hard to get the perfect dual stage setup in these small tires sometimes lol
I feel ya with the injora inserts they don’t hardly swish at all. Been thinking about cutting mine as well. Exactly how did you trim yours?? Much appreciated good sir.
@@2manyhobbies460 i actually just cut the outer ring off. So I cut along the tabs that hold the outer ring. Working much better now. They just seemed a bit oversized in these tires. I have the yellow in front and green rear. I could probably go yellow in both.
@@WestDesertRc yes it will. It’s the same size as most of the upgraded servos for the scx. May have to sort out something for the servo horn just because of the smaller hardware on the scx but besides that it’ll work fine.
@@thezackarius9094 is it hitting something? Maybe esc tray or something? They are a bit longer but usually not an issue unless running a super short front end. May have to trim a tray on a stock truck though.
@@2fmrc I have the stock servo tray on it and it makes it stick out way too far. Can't really cut the back of the tray off because the Y link mounts to the back of the tray and the servo would also hit the Y link.

Torq has the best servos dollar for dollar, no one can argue this

Will it fit the scx24 cus I seen that it's for FX118, FMS, TRX4M, and TRX4MT not the scx24
