A proper build bench, properly piled with a plethora of pieces of precisely what is or could possibly be required to go about our hobby. A proper young apprentice (HEY LIAM!). Plus a new manufacturer. I enjoy each and every upload.
Well i guess three is the charm finally got a furitek that works 😊😊😊😊👍😊👍 lost money went from the tegue to the first one you tried and wow glad they stand behind the products 👍👍👍👍 a happy camper 🤣🤣😜
Got the mat!!! you were right its great .I can stand up my allen drivers it has 2 magnetic trays. I turned it backwards and my laptop fits perfect to watch your tutorial's good stuff!!!
Nice. I was curious to see you get this setup. I watched MOFOs video... but somehow I knew you would beat me to this setup. Love his servo mount! Saved my build... Thanks again for the great content!
So the other day I asked about a BOC chassis and you mentioned this one.. well I got one… and..“oh my god my RC friend I love this chassis” something different haven’t decided on a body yet so I got no body still, still messing with the motor. I also got the ultimate transmission kit and I had a ox motor laying around too but my gearbox cap u know makes my motor run a lil odd it makes a weird clacking tick sound. Tryna figure that out. Runs fine without the cap on idk if that’s a good idea to keep like that without a cap but yeah other than that thanks for the recommendation on this chassis. Awesome chassis. Really great.
Yessss! Glad to hear you like it! I absolutely love mine. Imo it’s the best chassis for the scx24 at this point. So easy to put together and so versatile when it comes to mounting bodies etc! Keep me updated on it for sure!
Ooowe I like that yoda body I have one myself I been looking at that chassis myself just hate ordering but I think I am going to have to brake down and order me one up
Yessss! I really should’ve mentioned that in the vid but I’ve really got limited time in with the truck so far. I’ll do an update soon and talk about it more. It seems like a really good option so far!
finished building my ugly mofo the other day, goes together easy, looks sick, crawls way better then the stock chassis, its impressive can do super steep climbs and side hills. Got inspired by this video and had to build one too
I want one for my deadbolt! What did you do with the wheel base? If you could do a future video on adjusting driveshaft length that would be awesome. I would love to know how to use the extra female shaft that comes with the links. The universal pins need to be pressed out? Or the shaft tabs bent out over the pins? I can't find any info on this anywhere....
Shaft tabs will bend out around the pins. The pins are connected to the little ball part on them so the pin itself don’t come out. I honestly never know what driveshafts I’m using. I have a ton and just grab some that match up to whatever high clearance links I have sitting around lol
@@2fmrc Oh awesome! Thx. I didn't want to risk breaking my drive shaft. This chassis is so new I wonder how it will work on stock deadbolt. It appears It will resist angling the front shocks back..I guess you can mod your wheelbase as needed.
Ok 2FM RC, you are killing me or should I say my wallet. First, it was the Origin chassis (in which it's on its way in the mail) and now, this chassis?!?! Do you have no shame??? ;) I want the best, so now I gotta order this chassis. (shaking my head in disbelief)
I much prefer this one to be 100% honest. So much easier to work with and everything just fits so well! Performance is similar but I love how easy this one is. Everything is included and you can run basically any body you choose with ease. It don’t get any easier for an lcg chassis for the scx24.
@@2fmrc thanks. I’m hoping I can make it all work. I have the komodo and tegu coming, and just placed an order for the ugly. I hope the cnc mount from Furitek will mount centered so as to not interfere with the rails. What modifications will I need to do in order to run it reversed?
Running the tegu esc with my flysky noble transmitter. I need to pick up some of the micro receivers for it but for now I’m running the FGR4S receiver. I like them because they don’t have an antenna wire. Those little wires always drive me nuts lol
where can i buy the tool to work on my scx24 the L rench or whatever it’s called that came with mine doesn’t really fit most of my of the nuts on the truck like if some of the screws were stripped already
Any of the drivers will handle the scx24s though honestly. Bigger trucks things are sometimes a little tighter etc so a really good tool is nice to have. This is a good starter set also. bit.ly/3fEtp0n
Whould love to see it build up with a furitek tegu setup want to buy this chassis for a few weeks allready but hold up because i cant find any info on that Sinds i am based in europe and taxes will be added on top i whould love to know if it fits with that battery mount before pulling the trigger
Yeah that’s kinda why I’ve moved more towards the scramblers, power hobby warriors & Injora tires. Need that size of staying low. That tool comes with the rc4wd stamped steel wheels bit.ly/38PetfF
Man I've got so many different builds and I wanna get rid of them all to get into mofo stuff. Really digging what he's doing.

Liam and I both loved this comment! Thanks so much for that. Made our day!

Thats a really cool chassis its so much fun building these little guys going to have to check this out
Can you do a build with the furitek motor and tegu on that chassis?? Never mind the tegu lol I seen the blue light
I was wondering the same since on mofo’s site it says it’s built for brushed motors.
Ok. I watched this video a few months ago when I decided to see of I wanted an SCX. I came across Matt here. This video led me back to
I just picked up 2 of the servo mounts for a 4ws build
Got the ugly with tegu/komoto full send +10 axles and 7mm hex extensions NSDRC servo Little Guy tires this thing is unstoppable!!!
Did you run into an issue with the motor hitting the battery, with that setup?
@@ravermazing Just velcro it a liitle higher on the chassis without the tray.
Nick's the man. Ordered mine in 2 days it shipped
Would be really cool if you got an Iceberg rc chevy blazer body for this new rig.
Got the mat!!! you were right its great .I can stand up my allen drivers it has 2 magnetic trays. I turned it backwards and my laptop fits perfect to watch your tutorial's good stuff!!!
Sweet!!! Glad you like it! Love mine!
Matt your killing me I just got done installing the scrambler chassis 😂 your making me have to buy another scx24 lol great video as always bro
😆 now you know how I feel all the time lol
Nice. I was curious to see you get this setup. I watched MOFOs video... but somehow I knew you would beat me to this setup. Love his servo mount! Saved my build... Thanks again for the great content!
I was looking forward to seeing how this preforms!
I just picked up his smt chasis kit and some 1.2 lonestar wheels, I plan on picking up the 78 stepside chevy body if will fit
Awesome vid and that work matt is on my bday list now thanks to you! lol
Thanks! Yeah it really is a great work surface. I should’ve bought one a long time ago lol
Hey I got my rgt 1/24 up back amd running it’s fun!
Sweet!!! Hard to beat any of these 1/24s. So much fun!

Super cool I like it might be checking it out appreciate you sharing
I haven't found a chassis that is any better. It made my truck sit perfectly
I have been looking at getting this chassis!!! Thanks for making this video!

Cool build parts, exelent tune axi24, great video, thanks bro!)
Definitely got to get me one of those for my build
I’ll be doing more running with it soon. Just got it together and the vid was getting long enough already lol
Ooowe I like that yoda body I have one myself I been looking at that chassis myself just hate ordering but I think I am going to have to brake down and order me one up
Epic build. Would be perfect with a set of Patagonias
My mofo servo seems to be working good so far. I was surprised by how much torque it has

Yep mofo makes some really good stuff 👍👍. I have a couple of his parts on my c10
great review of that chassis and MOFO's products!
Thanks for the details! Pretty cool!!!

Looks like more stuff for me to spend money on. Lol Also, got to say hi to your son. It was cool hanging with both oh you.
Yessss!!! We gotta do it again soon!
Another great video! 👍 Always informative content brother.
Thanks for subscribing . Your videos are good information 👍🏼
Thanks!
Would it be possible to install a Komodo into this chassis? Looks like it'd be tight if not impossible!
I think it’s been done but not sure. I haven’t tried myself. I believe it has to be rear facing to do it if so.
@@2fmrc Thanks for your response! Your channel has been a great help to me and will continue to be. All the best to you and yours. Tom.
Got a question Matt, do you prefer delayed throttle on fast trucks or no throttle?
I usually just play with the exponential and stuff until it feels good lol
I need this mofo chassis
Yeah it’s the only way to go! Love it!
Ok 2FM RC, you are killing me or should I say my wallet. First, it was the Origin chassis (in which it's on its way in the mail) and now, this chassis?!?! Do you have no shame??? ;)
I want the best, so now I gotta order this chassis. (shaking my head in disbelief)
😆 well at least it’s different and you run a body with this one vs more of a cage style lol
You think this chassis is more capable than the rum runner chassis?
Lcg hard body for sure!
Nice guess 🤘
I was wondering if the Mccue high clearance links work with this chassis?
Should work. I haven’t had any issue with running different links on anything but the Killr chassis
Thanks, boss!
The BOC killer!!!
Haha! The BOC isn’t bad at all. Just this is excellent imo
Lol, "if it breaks it, it breaks it". Ever get your Ryft fixed?
Oh yeah! It’s up and running. Need to get out with it again lol
Sweet!!
How is this chassis comparing to the boc?
I much prefer this one to be 100% honest. So much easier to work with and everything just fits so well! Performance is similar but I love how easy this one is. Everything is included and you can run basically any body you choose with ease. It don’t get any easier for an lcg chassis for the scx24.
You think this would work well with the Komodo rear facing mount?
Yeah it’ll work
Where can I get this mount?
@@ravermazing well I just flip the transmission and run the motor front or rear. Whichever I prefer for each build!
@@2fmrc thanks. I’m hoping I can make it all work. I have the komodo and tegu coming, and just placed an order for the ugly. I hope the cnc mount from Furitek will mount centered so as to not interfere with the rails. What modifications will I need to do in order to run it reversed?
@@ravermazing you’ll just have to flip the transmission and maybe swap or mod the driveshafts a bit. Shouldn’t be too hard to make it all work!
What tires do you have on?

I ordered the standard dynamite set from horizon hobby works great!
I absolutely love the MIP stuff but it’s pretty expensive. Last forever though! Here’s the one that’s used mostly for the scx24

"...here with another quick video." ***checks time*** 21 MINUTES LONG. Lol
n+1
Bigger tires works well with belly draggers...btw where did you get long 4mm nut cross tool?
Yeah that’s kinda why I’ve moved more towards the scramblers, power hobby warriors & Injora tires. Need that size of staying low. That tool comes with the rc4wd stamped steel wheels

Have you ever put in a surpass rocket in I tried to find a link to it from mofo but the only thing was the outrunner surpass?🤔✌
where do u get the toyoda body
It’s a 1/20 model truck body from this kit
