You can't even get replacement motors and other important parts, and the motors burns out in 1-3 months if you drive 4 batteries daily, every day. Not having replacement parts is unacceptable, and had been like this before the pandemic, so there is no excuse, because they make a ton of money working with communist chinese gov. connected manufacturing.
I´m so happy that I live in Germany and not close to any of your shops... I´d be broke within weeks... :-D Appreciate your content! Well made and explained! Always fun to watch!
It would be interesting to see if all those parts would outperform stock SCX24 Out of the Box? I know many upgrades you have chosen will absolutely help! It would be cool to see How it would with with all the upgrades
Awesome thanks I got the Chevy and Deadbolt and was looking for more weight to the wheels . Just ordered some wheel weights we will see in the next Mini Moab Trip !! Great video keep wheeling
100% ! Big upgrade from the emax servo which was still better than stock. What I did for fitment was use bumper extenders and ground off the top 2 mount holes on the servo and now the whole unit fits and flexes without compromise. I'd be hard pressed to find much more power in the same size package and for the same price.
Bought the same Halo Warthog model gonna put it on an scx24 with the bajas and black stamped wheels, gonna be lit thanks for the fast shipping faster than amazon.
Need to stock the Yeah Racing Alloy Bumpers for the C10,...and Furitek's KOMODO brushless motor combo is now shipping. Need to find & stock METAL servo horns for the Emax and the above-mentioned.
Emax servo is good aswell with the hot racing mount. Ecopower and hot racing servos are kinda the same for me. To many upgrades! Im going to give mine some weights for sure.
The Hot Racing steering links are still the best. The style everyone else seems to have went with is still too floppy. Should have listed the tire specs on screen as the tires appeared. The locking hubs should only be on the front axle.
I much prefer a 1/18-scale crawler, small enough for indoors but still capable outdoors. However, love seeing all these upgrades for the SCX24, going to make these rigs look better and perform better! 👍
Basically you can just by all the part and put together your own scx24 custom. Someone should sell kits like this. Pricy yes but you end up paying anyway. With the wheels I find they come semi assembled and the tools strip out. Mouse milk works really well for stubborn screws.
I wish there was a bolt in motor upgrade, the stock motor is trash. I've gone through 2 different trucks both motor issues and a total of 3 stock motors, on the last one right now hoping it doesn't die out.
Furitek, the ESC we used, is coming out with a brushless motor. Should be here soon and is a bolt-on upgrade; compatible with the Furitek Brushless ESC's. -Brett
You could probably add all the brass accessories we offer and the truck would still go. There servo is a common upgrade because it's not that powerful and front axle weights like the diff cover and hubs would maybe bring it down a little, but I wouldn't think it would be noticeable. The motor is another common upgrade because the stock motor can have issues, even without weight added. As for an exact weight, I don't have one. -Brett
They're very similar but the EcoPower has a little more torque and is High Voltage 8.4V capable. It also the same size for the Dig and 2-Speed in the Axial Capra and SCX10 III, as well as the steering servo for the Losi Mini-B, Mini-T and Axial 1/18 Yeti Jr. -Brett
Just curious, what was the total of all these upgrades? Also, are you gonna make a running video of this? I really wanna see it against a stock scx 24. lol
Hey @amain hobbies, are you guys able to ship out the new jeep gladiator to Ireland?would love to get it but not sure if it can be shipped out with the batteries included.
The fire truck body is right out of a plastic model set the guys found at one of the big box stores. Plastic model bodies can work great with the SCX24 trucks, but it's a lot of trial and error, and experimentation to make it fit. -Brett
Bit of a noob question but sometimes I don’t have the hour and a half it takes to fully charge then fully discharge+store batteries and off a storage charge my slash will run for 20 minutes on my backyard track before it hits low voltage... is it fine to use batteries just from their storage charge level then store them up again when they hit lvc? Figured it’d be fine as long as I don’t do it constantly
@@AMain_Hobbies it’s actually surprising how much runtime you can get in a track setting off storage charge. Like I said my slash will run for 20 mins off gensace 5000 mah 2s batteries at storage charge
I just love these scx24s. I’m new to the hobby and this was my first real RC but I got the C10 either way. I love it!! All the upgrades. Everything.
They're going to be the teeniest money pits ever!! And they're awesome!!!! 😁👍🏻
I ordered 3 SCX24 last weekend on amain and I cant wait to start upgrading them!
It's been 4 months since you made this comment- how much have you sunk into it by now? Lol
@@Girtthquake My 1st scx24 is ordered. While I've been waiting I've already ordered a few upgrades. Black Friday and cyber Monday hasn't helped 🤣
I have to say I just had the best customer experience yesterday with Amain. Stay Awesome!
This makes me want to knock off the dust on my C10, these are some seriously cool parts! Nicely done Brett 🔥
I don’t even care about this truck but I love the channel so I watched it 😂
It's a cool little truck but once I got the scx10 iii I haven't even touched it in months
@@BlvlWmpower LOL you can get a whole brushless kit for these. And the stock motors are on Horizon Hobby.
Reminds me of some poonanny I got back in the day lmao
@@BlvlWmpower lol what? There’s endless replacement parts and motors for this
I picked up some mudslingers for my 1/18 panda hobby bronco and they are so sweet. Sticky, soft and they look so mean. Would recommend!
Oh my god, i Just finished watching part 1, and i was looking through scx24 videos! Love ya!😍
I´m so happy that I live in Germany and not close to any of your shops... I´d be broke within weeks... :-D
Appreciate your content! Well made and explained! Always fun to watch!
I watched part 1 and part 2. Both of them were great. I thoroughly enjoyed them. Informative and fun.
Great job!
This is awesome! We still need more motor upgrade options
Check out mofo rc i have a couple motor choices.
Dude that warthog at the end is something I never knew I needed
It would be interesting to see if all those parts would outperform stock SCX24 Out of the Box? I know many upgrades you have chosen will absolutely help! It would be cool to see How it would with with all the upgrades
I want all the wheel and tire combos lol, they change the truck so much, awesome video!!!
Awesome thanks I got the Chevy and Deadbolt and was looking for more weight to the wheels . Just ordered some wheel weights we will see in the next Mini Moab Trip !! Great video keep wheeling
Do you like the c10 or deadbolt better? Can't decide which to get
Awesome job on that warthog!
The reefs 99 micro servo is a pretty sweet upgrade . Takes a little fitting but works the balls .
100% ! Big upgrade from the emax servo which was still better than stock. What I did for fitment was use bumper extenders and ground off the top 2 mount holes on the servo and now the whole unit fits and flexes without compromise. I'd be hard pressed to find much more power in the same size package and for the same price.
I got a set of the new Black Rhino steel wheels for my SCX24 C-10 !
This was actually really helpful video .
Cant wait to get mine! Always loved micro rc especially
Whens the next installment on the build series?
Looks like I have some great new life goals for 2022 ;)
Amazing video! But is there a possibility that you guys at Amain could do a video review of all the RC4WD tires?
Man I can't wait to get my new scx24 bronco to upgrade some things 🤙
CR-18 stock shocks fit the scx24 with a little tweaking. Gives it a big lift for RC4wd tires
Speaking of SSD, any idea if they’re ever going to have the 1/10 SSD Trail King kit available again anytime soon?
Yes, they recently shipped us more Trail Kings which should be here in a few days.
-Brett
Bought the same Halo Warthog model gonna put it on an scx24 with the bajas and black stamped wheels, gonna be lit thanks for the fast shipping faster than amazon.
Good body choice. The final look is awesome.
-Brett
Me who hasn't used mine for more than a year: time to buy these parts!
Need to stock the Yeah Racing Alloy Bumpers for the C10,...and Furitek's KOMODO brushless motor combo is now shipping. Need to find & stock METAL servo horns for the Emax and the above-mentioned.
Now I want to see a video of you building one just from parts not an upgraded rtr. That would be interesting.
0:35 I think it's funny y'all don't have RedTube because of the ad top right corner lol
It’s funny because a lot of the parts are about the same as what I paid for the truck
Bro i have 5 and all are built up. I have a pretty penny into this addiction. Lol
Seems like all rc can be this way. My heli got nearly 50%of cost in upgrades.
@@theundead1600 you lucky only 50%
I have a Traxxas slash with probably $1,000 in it
That's showbiz, baby!
Emax servo is good aswell with the hot racing mount. Ecopower and hot racing servos are kinda the same for me. To many upgrades! Im going to give mine some weights for sure.
great video
Cool crawler!!!good video👍👍👍👍👍
Amazon has everything ☝️
Will you make an updated one on the Jeep JLU?
The Hot Racing steering links are still the best. The style everyone else seems to have went with is still too floppy. Should have listed the tire specs on screen as the tires appeared. The locking hubs should only be on the front axle.
This is a such needed video
I love my SCX24
Brilliant video. I love this channel 😍

Just got a Deadbolt snd the upgrades are making my head spin

Best voice in the rc game. Good stuff bro
Where the telescopic shocks at thooo
SCX24 with brass parts is super fun and ran like 1/10th scale.
please do one for 2022 parts and use a c10
I wish there was a bolt in motor upgrade, the stock motor is trash. I've gone through 2 different trucks both motor issues and a total of 3 stock motors, on the last one right now hoping it doesn't die out.

YAYYyyYyYyY I just screamed yay lol, and I’m just about to upgrade mine
I'm pretty dumb I have like 800 ish in mine. Shoulda just bought a tenth scale. Oh a gladiator? Here take all my money
Sounds like the C10 kinda got the short end of the stick on some of these upgrades.
No cap though, but the after of the deadbolt looks really nice with all the upgrades.
awesome 😎
Give us the new arrma talion exb! What do you honestly think about?
Exelent tune axi24, love you channal, thanks my friend!)🤩💥💯👍👏
I got bead locks and tires and now the weak servo can't really turn the truck
Check out my servo mount and servos I have at mofo rc
How much weight could I add to my SCX24 deadbolt with out putting loads of strain on the standard servo & motor?
You could probably add all the brass accessories we offer and the truck would still go. There servo is a common upgrade because it's not that powerful and front axle weights like the diff cover and hubs would maybe bring it down a little, but I wouldn't think it would be noticeable. The motor is another common upgrade because the stock motor can have issues, even without weight added. As for an exact weight, I don't have one.
-Brett
What size are the mud slingers ?
How does this new Servo compare to the Emax??
Can’t beat the emaxx in my opinion. In all 3 of my scx24s
-Brett
Those wheels are expensive, but they look cool
Its awesome there is so much avail already. ....lol. manual locking hubs on the rear axle?????? lol
That's how we roll at 1/24 scale.
-Brett
Just be careful adding all that weight. The stock motors already burn up pretty quickly.
All it took was rc4wd scramblers to burn my deadbolt motor in less than two batteries.
gear down? just trying to help
I planned on it, but the motor didn’t last the two test runs lol. I’m just gonna swap it for one of MoFo RCs motor and gear sets.
@@rcloner1895 dang lol the upgrade motor sounds good and probably last quite a while
I’ve heard good things about them. But MOFo Rc has some crazy parts and kits for the scx 24. Like a flatbed lift kit for the c10
The only problem is most of the stuff is on backorder. I'm going to go check right now hopefully I can get the parts I want. Everyone have a great day
what about all the treal parts tho?
What is the length difference on the stock shocks vs the red upgraded ones you used?
You missed the double barrel shock upgrade. One of the best upgrades out there imo. Gives you a lot more travel. Also brass high clearance lower links
great video dude but the scale locking hubs dont belong on the back hahahathere should be another option for the rears
can u do a 3rd one on the c10 in the near future?
Yeah possibly. We've run out of new parts and ideas to add for now.
-Brett
nice work thanks love it .
What's the difference between internal and external shocks
The location of the spring. Internal places the spring inside the shock cylinder, with external placing the spring outside the cylinder.
-Brett
Any performance upgrade between the 2?
do they make anything specifically for the betty though? the closest is the c10 but if i remember right its still slightly different wheelbase
No, not that I'm aware of.
-Brett
Are the originalesc/receiver a combined one or seperate
Stock SCX24 is combined unit..2in1 esc/receiver
Would you ever think about doing the high clearance links, If not why?
Definitely. That's a good upgrade for these trucks and 1/10 scale trucks. We must have missed that one in the video.
-Brett
Just curious, what was the total of all these upgrades? Also, are you gonna make a running video of this? I really wanna see it against a stock scx 24. lol
Shoot, not sure. Probably more than the truck costs because those wheels are really pricey, but so so nice.
-Brett
I have the rc4wd mud slingers on my scx24 but, I noticed a HUGE power loss and my motor runs very hot
I guess being Amain works with Samix is why they dont carry Treal parts. Treal is the way to go.
Yessir
Can you unbox the tenacity bd pro
I did quite some videos about this tiny trucks, awesome rigs!
Hey @amain hobbies, are you guys able to ship out the new jeep gladiator to Ireland?would love to get it but not sure if it can be shipped out with the batteries included.
Hey Adam, we cannot ship any LiPo batteries Internationally and that truck includes a LiPo, so no.
-Brett
Do a review on the new drag slash
Hey Brett, how long are the stock shocks?
Thanks for replying to others comments!
I measured 37.5mm from end to end.
-Brett
Thank man! I’m about to buy one soon in a few days!
Excited!
I just put a couple of them small fishing lead weights
I'm gonna need more info on that warthog body.
anybody know the build for the big military/fire truck? Im loving the large hauler look!
what is the biggest battery you can mount on this model, run time I'm talking about, any suggestions?
Could you make a video on how your crew made the fire truck fit?
The fire truck body is right out of a plastic model set the guys found at one of the big box stores. Plastic model bodies can work great with the SCX24 trucks, but it's a lot of trial and error, and experimentation to make it fit.
-Brett
Do you guys deliver to South Africa?
Yes we do, although some products we can not ship internationally.
-Brett
From what I have seen of South Africa, you need fresh water. Your quite famous for one footballer fan named, Irene Nell. Dish that one. ; )
are the parts on the deadbolt such as suspension components the same as the onces on the jeep wrangler?
They are different wheelbases, so some parts are not cross compatible; things like rock guards, suspension links, bodies, etc.
-Brett
so basically if you dump around $600 into your SCX24 you could have a pretty skookum rig.
Will those body’s fit on the jeep or deadbolt or not
When you fit alloy beadlock rims do you drill a hole in the rim and inner sleeve to let the air out?
Most people don't and use the wheels how they come.
-Brett
Can u get a wider Axel or a lift kit for this car
AWESOME. THANK YOU!
I have an original scx-10 Honcho, what should I keep and what's crap?
everyone says that the stock servo is weak with that said what is a good one to replace it with
Those Yeah Racing upgrade kits are like twice as much than if you bought the parts separately…
No, can't be. Did you really add them up? Yeah Racing is usually really good with their pricing.
-Brett
@@AMain_Hobbies yep. They aren’t the same brand, but, let’s be honest, the parts are probably made in the same factory.
