How many should be take dry cashew? Or is it: take 140 g and soak?

You need 140 gr cashews dry that should be soaked 6-8 hours before you put it in the jar 💚

Any liquid sweetener would work here. And I’m sorry I don’t work with honey, but you can try.

Olga wouldn’t the popcorn become softer in the refrigerator?
It will if you keep the cake for 2 or more days, or if your fridge has a high humidity level. But as we learn in Fundamental course, decorate the cake a few hours before serving or giving it to the customer :) And everything will look and taste fresh and very tasty.
