I think you need to add a way more strawberry powder than cacao powder to get a strawberry taste at the end. With a sweetener, yes, please use same qty of erythritol 💚
@@tanyarashkova5330 fresh fruits contain lots of liquid. You will change the ingredient proportions a lot. I have Strawberry cheesecake with maple syrup and fresh fruits in this channel. You can use Lacanto maple syrup for sugar-free option in that recipe 💚

The sweetener you use here is in powder form? X
What can you substitute Monk fruit with? Xylitol or stevia and what quantities?
Erythritol or Xylitol will work in the same quantity. I added this info into a pdf file

You won't taste much coconut, it's very little you feel.
