How wonderful...I feel this is a favourite of mine for the flavours...I'd adore it if you could make Orange Blossom Cream Cake next (the cream being whip cream of coconut, powdered monk fruit, vanilla bean) ....or like a natural, purer version of Orange Creamsicle or Dreamsicle Cake that's fluffy, light, super moist from brushed on simple syrup & covered with that fluffy whipped cream and bits of orange & almost like an angel food cake texture with aquafaba in the batter (baking cake by folding flour into whipped aquafaba)...:-)
I've had an eggless, vegetarian version that a family friend once made when I was a child with dairy whip cream...I'm avoiding any factory or cruelty related dairy now...but it was the best cake in my life I have ever had...I'm scared to try to make it; it would be wonderful to see you make it though... :-)
Also, I'd make this cake by adding more cacao butter into the white cheesecake and a bit less coconut oil as I'd love it if it felt more like truffle with cheesecake flavour :-)

Loved the flavors of both the raspberry and white chocolate only problem I had was it was too thick ( the raspberry) and the zebra technique was impossible because of it not spreading

Thanks for sharing your recipes with us! We have nut allergies - would you be able to share some new recipes without nuts, soy, eggs, dairy?

I will post nut-free cakes here for sure in the future but nit so often. I will explain you why. Cakes without everything (no eggs, no dairy, no soy in form of tofu or vegan batter or shortening, no palm oil, no corn + no refined sugar) require really specific ingredients and very often more manipulations than just "blend and freeze". This is not a simple relaxing content for RUclips. Wide audience wants simple recipes with easy to find ingredients. I see it in view statistics.
However, I will launch a very deep Nut-Free Cake Course in October where I will show new techniques to make nut-free cakes without also everything mentioned above. I will add the recipes without coconut oil as well. But it's specific cakes, with less popular ingredients and new processes to make such cakes really very good. That is why I will offer such recipes only as a course.
I hope for your understanding. And I promise that the price for Nut-Free course will be very reasonable. Aprx launch date is Oct, 15 but I will open enrollment in September.
