This video was recorded two years ago when I waited for my son :) I simply lost these files and I was extremely happy to find them now. The cake is so good, so easy and fast to make that it should be on this channel!

Nut-free and coconut oil-free course will be launched in October :)))
By the way, all my cakes are plant-based, without gluten, soy, corn and palm oil, and always refined sugar-free.
But coconut oil plays a big role in texture and stability. I teach how to substitute it in Fundamental course but it doesn't work for all raw cake recipes.
Hey Olga, I was wondering, what kind of coconut flakes do you use? I really dislike the fake coconut flakes, thought I think the other ones have a similar texture. Is there anything I can substitute them with to make the crust work? Thanks!

You can make just nuts+dates but it will be simple texture :)
Dear Olga, you mentioned about coconut milk for the cream. Should it be full fat (thick and liquid parts) or could it be light coconut milk? I guess any PB milk is appropriate. Thank you :)
Yes, any plant-based milk will work for this cake. In pdf file, I am adding notes when I suggest to use full fat milk from a can. PDF file can be downloaded via the link under the video :))) Thank you for your love!

This is the recipe for 8" regular mold. All tips how to use regular mold instead of silicone mold are in the video and in pdf file under the video.

I am afraid it has too sensitive decoration and the cake will arrive with lot's of blank spots. I do not recommend to ship this cake.
