    Olga, would you believe a package of fruit pectin (will that work?) fell on my head last night as I was reaching for something in the cabinet. I looked at it and thought “I’d really like a reason to use this.” And there you are with this recipe!!😀. Also I bought a package of agar agar several weeks ago not knowing what I would use it for but just wanted to have in the house. So, along with a bag of organic lemons, which I usually always have, it seems I have all these ingredients & can’t wait to try this recipe. I love lemons, limes & sour treats! Thank you for your wonderful recipes & videos.

    Im loving your channel, many thanks Ive made zebra cake and keto PB chocalate cake successfully, but with the marmalade I cant get mine to get firm enough the first time I made a mistake by measuring some in mils and it became more like jam, but this time I was very careful correct measure in grams , better but not firm enough is it best to add more agar to get it firmer or both agar and pectin in proportion, how long does it need in the fridge to set fully?

    Hi Olga, I live in Africa and i'm not finding Apple Pectin anywhere, can I use Modified Citrus Pectin instead? Would that work? Thank you for the lovely videos. Always excited to see your new recipes.

      Hi dear, yes, you can use citrus pectin, I added it as a substitution in the pdf file. Enjoy :) These are very delicious especially if covered with chocolate!

    Hi Olga, so it always has to be kept refrigerated?

    • @MyPlantCake
      @MyPlantCake  2 года назад +2

      No, it's temperature stable, it will not melt. You can bring it as a snack in an airtight container and eat within 5-10 hours. You can leave it longer in room temperature but I didn't check the shelf life out of fridge. Marmalade tends to drying. So, for longer shelf life, keep it in the refrigerator.
