I never liked to workout at home more than 10 minutes, but with you I feel so much joy and kinda “safe”, your energy is so pure. my body has changed so much from October. @@Evgenia.10 εννοείται! Για να δουλέψουν οι πιλάτες πρέπει να κάνεις αργά τις ασκήσεις και στοχευμένα και να σκέφτεσαι το σημείο που δουλεύεις εκείνη τη στιγμή για να αρχίσει να σε καίει. Σε μένα δουλεύει τουλάχιστον. Κανω πάρα πολλα χρόνια πιλάτες, και ειδικά της λυδια τα βιντεο είναι τα καλύτερα, οντως σφίγγει το σώμα σου και χάνεις πόντους. Απλά ακολούθησε κατά γράμμα τις κινήσεις που κάνει και με τη συχνότητα που τα κάνει. Να σηκώνεις μόνο το πόδι και όχι και την πλάτη+ποπό μαζί.
Σε ευχαριστώ ! Τώρα μένει μόνο να το δοκιμάσω

You have the best Pilates workouts ❤ my body has become more toned since starting them and I’ve lost a little weight! They work well since sometimes the HIIT workouts are too intense for me. I love focusing on my core, muscles, and being present in my body! I’m recovering from the flu, once I’m better I’m so doing this.

Hey girl, this is a bit of a random question, but do you ever eat regular chips instead of the low fat ones? Or do you only eat "REAL" food?
i eat everything! i personally never buy low fat anything, it tends to have so many more nasties added and just don’t like the taste ahaha
