Sometimes I felt my outer thighs more than the inner thighs, maybe it would be nice if you also talked throughout the video and explained how to focus on the right muscles. But nice, I loved the energy and that your dog also came to visit!
Idk if this will help but Pilates is all about slow, controlled movements. Something I do to help focus on the specific muscles like you said is to watch the movement once or twice and then slow it down and get it precise. This not only helped to focus on specific muscles but it made sure I wouldn’t hurt myself accidentally by doing a wrong movement :)
