I hope you didn’t try it. Unless you do it consistently, no results would show. Working out rips nuclear fibres, and when they repair, those are the results. But doing it all at once is a huge waste of time, all you would get is pain. All she did was bulk/change the lighting (intentionally or unintentionally). So do not attempt this.
Doing tons of abs exercise is pointless if you dont control your calorie intake. Your fat percentage is already low so your abs isnt hidden in layers of fat and gets defined easily

I'm pretty sure you can do more than 10k crunches a day and run 20km in a single night but if you don't let your body take the time, nutrition and rest it needs you can't be expecting any amount of result within a week let alone a day
