    *Just a quick fiy to the people thinking of doing this:* I wouldn't suggest going overboard with the regular crunches and side crunches, but rather go at your own pace and stop or take a break until you can't keep up. When you're too tired, but you continue on, you risk losing your form, and most people will tend to put pressure on their neck. So there's a higher risk of hurting yourself or developing muscle in the trapezius muscles which gives the round shoulder effect ik many people (esp women) do not want. One tip I learned for good form was to imagine you're holding an apple between your chin and your chest. Just be safe!

    Friendly Tip:
    Don't hold your hands under your head or neck during crunches or ANY exercise that involves being on the ground such as crunches, sit ups, etc. It will strain your neck and cause problems. Set them on your thighs or on top of your head but not under your neck. It may cause problems.

    I did this once because my period was late but I had been cramping for days and I was tired of it and I found the Caroline Girvan's 1000 reps abs challenge so I decided to give it a try. Got my period a bit over 800 reps, so worth it 😂

    I wanted to loose weight a month ago and when I started loosing weight my diet changed and I loosed weight and my pants are toose now and my mom figure out that and said that at this time I should build my body and eat a lot cuz I'm in teen age 🙂 but when she said that I felt good about myself. I'll surely eat healthy since I stopped exercising from 2 weeks but eating healthy I'm still loosing weight.

    Tip: if you want abs try working out as much as you can every week I personally do it 6 times a week,for an 1hr and 50mins but remember that any amount of activity is okay 👍, and make sure your stomach is always 70-80% full when you're eating 😀💕
    And never give up, always keep your goal in mind and know why you started.😏

Today I watched your video, and tho I did not do 1000, I did do about 160 or 80( I can’t remember which ones I modified 😅) using the same routine as you, and I think I’m gonna do that instead!     I do this daily! I very much recommend this. I have quit my hobby and I’m going to start working out at a gym in August, but I’ve been doing this every day since summer break started, with 1 rest day every week! I recommend it, honestly. it gets easier!

    Omg I saw this today and decided "yeah, why not!" so I did it and after I was kind of disappointed that I didn't really feel anything BUT THEN I went to track cause I had a session today but the track was locked (for whatever reason) so my coach decided that we should do some sprint-jog interval training...and that is when I felt it kakjkicosahcji IT FELT LIKE I HAD A STITCH FROM DRINKING TOO MUCH WATER BUT THE ONLY DIFFERENCE WAS THAT IT NEVER WENT AWAY XD... tbh it was actually a kind of nice feeling loll. Anywaysssss I did see a slight difference and I would probably do it again,,,but NOT before training hahaha

    I never seen any woman do 1000 crunches. I won't call it a craziness but I would like to appreciate your hardwork in doing 1000 crunches effortlessly.

    Okay so i decided to do 200 crunches everyday (or 400 if im on a good day)(based on her series ) i don't promise that i can do it EVERY day but i will try and I will do a regular check to see il there is any result

    im gonna try this for a few days (ive done workouts and im just trying to get more definition, im also gonna do other workouts)
    day 1- i did 1 oppserve workout
    day 2- i then discovered this and im trying it, i also did 2 caroline girvan ab workouts, and some stretching

    My dad used to do 1000 regular crunches a day when he was in high school. He would do 500 in the morning and 500 before going to bed. I tried doing it but after awhile I decided to just do 500 a day and then I eventually stopped doing them. It’s so boring but damn it felt good tho
