Ok so this is for anymore who is reading this… Hayley come on my RUclips feed so I decided to do this stretch because it made sense to me. See I’m 57 and my calves always felt tight. I love Pilates type of workouts. Now, I have only been doing this for a few days. BUT omg def see the improvements in my calves , I can stretch way better, they do not ache, I am def going to continue to do them at then end. I have incorporated some of her other mini workouts in as well. ❤❤
Okayy, I'll be doing that stretch as well as the other one in order to get closer to my goal! Well my goal is to never skip a day. Let's see how it goes~ Day 1 : ✅ Day 2 : ✅ I was honestly so close to not do it, but then I remembered for who I was working so hard on myself. For me, for the girl that is bettering herself and to finally get the slim calves I've always wanted. Keep fighting!! Day 3 : ✅ Not feeling so good rn... Kinda feel sad and down. I'm going to eat an apple to comfort myself (╥﹏╥) Day 4 : ✅ Felling a lot better! Am I the only one who doesn't like the fisrt exercise AT ALL ? I feel it more in my arms than in my leg lol I really don't think it is effective on me 😶 Day 5 : ❌ Day 6 : ✅ I promised myself that whenever I skipped a stretching day I won't skip the following one, so here I am ‼️ Day 7 : ✅ Lord it's so dang hot in here, I'm out to do my skincare 😩 Day 8 : ✅ Day 9 : ❌ Day 10 : ✅
Doing this for a month! Starting 4/7-24 Week 1- Day 1- it was not that hard, only in the beginning, but when i got the hang of it, it was just going good. Day 2-It was burning a lot and after I was done my legs were shaking! Day 3- I was tired, but still did it! And I wasn't tired anymore when I was done, no burning at all! Day 4- legs were burning and I felt the Stretch all over my legs, still felt good. Day 5- it was late, but I still did it, And there was a little burning but not much. Day 6- I was happy, so I didn't feel anything, but after an hour my legs were shaking! Day 7- I had a break down, so my legs were tired, but when I was done, I felt pretty good. Week 2- There is a little different, I'mma keep going. It's working!!! Day 1- I felt the Stretch and all the burn, but it felt good anyways. Day 2- I couldn't do it today, I'm on vacation. Day 3- Same like day 2. Day 4- got home, and did the workout, it was BURNING WILD!!! Day 5- wasn't burning that much today! Felt the Stretch a lot. Day 6- I had a problem with my left leg, but did it, and it was fine. Day 7- the problem was gone, and I did it, and it felt really good, the Stretch was amazing today. Week 3- I can see differently now, and I'm also laying with my legs in the air before going to bed. Day 1- I did it late, so I was tired so there wasn't so much stretch in it today. Day 2- was fresher today, did the workout, and it felt amazing. Day 3- same as day 2. The only. The difference was that, i felt more stretch

Great stretch for walkers Day 2 - June 13, 2024: ✅ this may be a long shot but my leg looks slimmer on the knee region. I walked 6 miles today! Day 3 - June 14, 2024: ✅ I walked 7miles and this stretch was so good my calve is 29.8cm and my upper calve is 14.25 so far I've lost 0.6cm around my calve and 2cm on my upper calve! Day 4 - June 15, 2024 : ✅ stretch was really good and I walked 6.1 miles Day 5 - June 16, 2024: ✅ Happy Father’s Day! I walked 8 miles and I loved this stretch Day 6 - June 17, 2024: ✅ I felt really unmotivated but pushed through! Day 7 - June 18, 2024: ✅ ONE WEEK, I love this I’m not sure if I’m seeing results yet but it’s still calming

hii i actually had the same problem as you and taking walks on the daily helped me together with healthy food, workouts and water! so maybe you can try getting more steps each day if you haven’t tried it yet :)
hello, a good way to lose weight is to be in a calorie deficit but please do your research beforehand - look up a calorie deficit calculator online, it'll tell you how much calories to eat daily to lose weight. Remember to love yourself!!!

hello, a good way to lose weight is to be in a calorie deficit but please do your research beforehand - look up a calorie deficit calculator online, it'll tell you how much calories to eat daily to lose weight. Remember to love yourself!!!
