Three years after winning Squid Game, Player 456 gave up going to the states and comes back with a new resolution in his mind. Gi-hun once again dives into the mysterious survival game, starting another life-or-death game with new participants gathered to win the prize of 45.6 billion won.
Director Hwang Dong-hyuk, who made history at the 74th Primetime Emmys® becoming the first Asian to win Outstanding Directing for a Drama Series, once again helms the series as director, writer, and producer. The fact that they’ll accept him again in the games knowing he’s coming for revenge, tells us that if he remain alive throughout the season, it’s because they want it that way. So it will not be that boring. Actually, there seems to be an ulterior motive for he to return to the games, he liked the adrenaline from the games, he didn’t want to return to his boring life… he’s becoming one of them
I honestly knew that there will be games in season 2, but I would have never thought Gi-Hun would attend the games from the perspective of a PLAYER again.. like how tf is he gonna survive? There's absolutely NO chance he's gonna outlast all the players until the end again 💀 (unless that's what the game master wants, but that means it would have the same ending as season 1, which I don't believe in.. would be too chunky)

Squid Game Season 1 actually only became fascinating when it was revealed that they leave the players an option to vote to leave the games. That makes everything they go through so much more fascinating as a study of what lengths people will go to for money, and what poverty and greed can do to one's humanity.
No. It was fascinating to begin with. When they agreed to come back just made it more intriguing.

Agreed. I liken it to Breaking Bad when Walt turns down his friends offer to pay for his treatment because of his ego. Part of why squid game is great is because the motivations and choices feel real. Without that element its just another battle royale/death race movie
It was already good, then got better. Best part is the manipulation behind each game to break the players.
Game 1, Red Light Green Light: Eliminate anyone without the courage or control for the games.
Intermission, Catch and Release: Let the players escape and then realize this is their best shot for getting out of poverty. They can no longer complain because they asked for this.
Game 2, Dalgona: Eliminate anyone without skill and precision.
Game 3, Tug of War: Eliminate anyone who lacks physical strength while also halving the number of players. It also starts to break the contestants by making them directly eliminate people for the first time.
Game 4, Marbles: Break up alliances and teams, while also catching anyone who thought they were getting the hang of the games. Another halving.
Game 5, Glass Stepping Stones: A more spectacular game to serve as a possible finale. A fifty-fifty with each jump, whittling down the players.
Game 6, The Squid Game: is the odd one out since it quickly devolved into a knife fight. I suppose remaining players are meant to team up and fight to the death.
All the games break down the players, forcing them to take increasing responsibility for the eliminations. And we see just how well it worked against both known winners.

I CANNOT wait for this season! I kid you not, I’ve rewatched season 1 more than ten times because the show is sooo good. Initially i was on the “Squid Games is overrated” train just because of how much people talked about it, but when i actually got a chance to watch it, I understood why everyone was talking about it. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SERIES
I just finished watching 2nd time yesterday and when you know what is going to happen, you can focus on other details. The show makers really did 10/10 job!

He appears just like his Clash of Clans counterpart; a man with brown eyebrows, a beard, a mohawk, and a golden body piercing in his left ear who is riding a hog. A Hog Rider card costs 4 Elixir to deploy.
The Tornado is an Epic card that is unlocked from Miner's Mine (Arena 15). It is an area-damage, air-targeting spell with a very large radius and low damage that is dealt every 0.5 seconds for 1.05 seconds. It also has a singularity effect that pulls nearby troops to the center. A Tornado card costs 3 Elixir to deploy.
