  • This is an extra extra gentle practice that targets shoulders and upper back. Moving slowly and mindfully, find space and strength in the upper body.

    Led by Sue, a 200 YTT trained yoga instructor. Sue is also Thai yoga massage certified and Reiki certified in Levels 1 and 2.

    All I can say, Sue, is that my problematic upper back feels alive and open! I have not run across Yoga focusing on the upper back, so this session was an absolute treat...and very VERY sweet. Shoulders, too, feel looser and more relaxed. Your gentle, precise guidance literally puts me in a trance-like state, especially your close attention to breathing in concert with each move and position. I've stayed away from your website for too long. I'm back again, with thanks...Anastasia

    Thanks Sue for this practice. I suffer from chronic neck and shoulder pain and most practices are just too aggravating for me. This one felt great and I feel much stronger afterwards. I will keep this one in my repertoire to visit on a regular basis. I always look forward to your new release. You are so inspiring and have such a soothing voice. Thanks again and have a lovely day.     This video has arrived at a serendipitous time for me... I normally do one of your other videos after I have been for a run, however I recently went on the New Zealand south island west coast cycle trail and I unfortunately had a fall... I banged my knee and my physiotherapist has given me some exercises to do, but mostly I am just needing to rest up my knee and allow it time for the bruising to heal... I was just thinking through the video I normally do and realised that I couldn't do it quite yet... And then just seconds later this wonderful in the chair video appears... I do enjoy the way you teach... Thank you ❤
