I have bone on bone ostoarthritis in my hips, knee, and back, since i've been doing some of the exercises(beginner ones) im am starting to feel some relief,i have awful muscel spasm's all night ,but even these are showing a slight improvement. I do not want surgery, and thank GOD for you..i refuse to give up ,and am moving forword now that i have hope again,i am in my 70's,and have been diganosed 6 months ago❤❤
Greetings from France ❤. Your video seemed to attract my 2 year old Siamese cat. You've got a big fan now. First she tried to touch your doggy but finally gave up as doggy went to sleep. Then she was catching your hands and fingers and putting my phone on pause 🤣. She was reallly enjoying watching you and I tried my best to get a glimpse of what you were trying to explain. This video was VERY VERY helpful as I was able to work on my wrists and fingers (broken after many aggressions). Exactly what I was looking for, in addition to all other amazing videos. My Newfoundland too is a big fan of you as she barks when you move. Now you have THREE followers. Thanks for sharing caring and making a 72year old SMILE 😊👍👍👍❤❤❤🐾💐💐💐🥰🥰🥰🐾🐾🐾
Alyssa! Your videos are so awesome! They want me to have total hip replacement someday soon. Very advanced arthritis in my right hip. I’m only 55 and trying to wait as long as I can. Your videos are helping me so much with pain relief and I feel stronger even after a couple sessions of different videos I’ve been doing. Thank you so much! ❤😊
Hello You have been an answer to a prayer. I just started working out with you for a few days and I’m seeing results this soon. Thank you for sowing this gift back to people like me . May God continue to Bless you more abundantly,
I am 77 and found I have osteoarthritis in my knees. I love your video along with the chair video & the one where you mention the 10 helpful suggestions. I also plan to see an Osteopath to get more choices. Thank you for the knowledge you are sharing. ❤
I’m so glad I found your videos. I used to ski, ride horses and play tennis. At 68, climbing stairs is arduous. I don’t have knee pain but I do have developing osteoarthritis. My right leg (my weak side) is not as strong as it used to be. I hope I can do some of the other exercises I’ve seen you demonstrate (like repeatedly getting up from a sitting position without using hands). Thank you.🙏🏽
Hi! 73 yrs old and this was very nice to do. Have trouble with sequences but work on that. Will be back to do! Thanks alot Arthritis has sure changed my life with pain! Ugh
Thank you! I have been looking for a way to help me with my hip and lower back pain. It’s been a long time since I used some of those muscles, 😂 but these exercises really helped to loosen those unused muscles. Looking forward to seeing improvement in my mobility and I will use your videos to guide me. Many thanks for the time and effort you put into these videos!!!
Just start doing a minute when you get up and are still warm. You can even do a few neck and arm movements every time you’re sat on the loo. 😅 It sounds daft, but it all moves lymph around your body and improves your flexibility, -little by little.
Dr alyssa you are indeed a godsend. I have severe knee arthritis and 1st Tim ever I've had positive advice how to improve. Can I buy your book if you have one

I have chronic gout flare up and can't even do the simplest one of these exercises. In general, should someone with a flare up attempt to do them during the flare up or wait till the inflammation has subsided somewhat before trying.
